Ararat All Suites Hotel Klaipeda    

Its a good value for money, nice room, good breakfast, perfect location (if you travel with a car), to old city just 10 min walk.

It was smelling with cigarettes in the bathroom in the non-smoking room.

The hotel seems to be new and of good design.

The stuff did not make up our room during our 3-days stay at the hotel and could not properly operate their new coffee machine.

Quality of room and of the beakfast. In more, people, who work in the reception and in the restaurant, are very professional and pleasant. Normaly, our room was clean everydays ... But, ...

... the 1st January, we have had a problem with housewives of the hotel who refused to clean our room. We have had to ask to the reception to do something. The receptionist asks them to do their job but they don't do it well ... It was the only problem but it's not normal in an hotel of this quality ...

Clean, comfortable, wi-fi, parking, food

Payment for the hotel before the service - I paid in advance. And when I was checking out, the receptionist told by phone to someone to check my room whether everything is ok... I understand they have to check but I felt as if I did smth wrong... Not very pleasant...

Housekeeping service should be improved.

We were traveling 3 adults + 2 children (3 and 5 years old), so we`ve booked two-bedroom apartment, which was the best decision, because we got fully equiped apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 sitting room. When I made reservation, I asked for baby cot and we got really good wooden baby bed with all necessary bedding. Free parking, breakfast included, close to old town - what else can you wish.

I would prefer better pillows, but maybe I`m spoiled, so I slept without one :)

We visited klaipeda with freinds and stayed for 5 nights in a 2 bed appartment. the appartment was well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Value for money Excellent freindly and helpful staff The breakfast (included in the price) was very good, varied and plentyful. We recomend that you try the Amenian Resturaunt at the hotel . Overall EXCELLENT

Perfect room, friendly staff. Good position, free parking. Hotels restaurant is extremely good.

After bringing food to the room, personal forgot to take the dishes.

Really nice place to stay, very big rooms, very comfy. Really enjoyed staying over there. One of the best in Klaipeda. Much better then Klaipeda hotel.

A true 4-star experience. Room is actually a small apartment with fully equipped kitchenette. Heated floors in the bathroom are quite nice as well. Highly recommended.

Bed linens could use a bit less detergent while being washed...

Excellent food at in-house Armenian restaurant, but service could be better.

Хороший отель, удобное месторасположение - для прогулки по городу в самый раз. В номере мини-кухня (!) для путешествий с детьми - лучше не придумаешь! =)

Совсем маленькая парковка - непосредственно перед отелем, машин на 15 не больше. Немного расстроила ванная - в таком отеле могли бы и душевую кабинку поставить, а так просто занавесочка и небольшой поддон, в итоге вся вода на полу...

Номер и ресторан.

ужасные завтраки, очень скудный выбор, продукты почти все залежавшиеся, соки разбавлены водой! и почти ничего нет в ванной из предметов гигиены.

Замечательный чистый, просторный номер с двумя спальнями, гостинной и прекрасным видом на парк. В каждой спальне есть встроенный шкаф на пол стены, большие окна. Номер очень просторный, встроенная кухня, имеется посуда (тарелки, чашки, бокалы, вилки, ложки, ножи, сковорода, кастрюля, даже салфетки). Красивый, стильный интерьер как номера, так и самого отеля. В комнатах очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Доступен бесплатный WI-FI, пароль выдали при регистрации, а так же проводной интернет. Удивили демократичные цены минибара. Завтрак был на первом этаже в ресторане - скромно, но со вкусом. Вечером в ресторане живая музыка - играют на рояле. Прекраснейший номер, отличнейший отель! Если ещё будем гостить в Клайпеде, обязательно остановимся в этом же отеле.
