Apple Economy Hotel  

Located right in the center of Kaunas, quite cheep in comparison to other hotels in this area, but services are fine

No lift and we had to carry all things ourselves to the third floor

Like the staff (they wating for us till night and tell nothing about our late check out. And the room was very clean and comfortable.

Centrally located and very good value for money. Friendly staff who are apparently on some sort of training programme and are eager to help.

Hotel not really set up to provide breakfast but to be fair they advise of this when booking it. The food on offer is pretty poor for the price and visitors would be better advised to seek alternatives. However aside from a nice but wasp-infested cake shop there are few cafe'-type alternatives nearby. Neither TV in a two-room 'family suite' worked but not being a fan of Lithuanian television this was not much of a problem for me. Kids expecting 'Disney Channel' during 'downtime' a bit disappointed though.

Location in old town

The rooms are small, but nice. When you arrive it's very clean. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

They clean only once while you're staying there. We stayed for 5 days, so in the end the room wasn't clean any more.

Conveniant location.

Very spartan rooms, more like a youth hostel. Linoleum floors and walls, One tiny towel per person. No soap. Some rooms have shared bathrooms but this does not reflect on the price. There are better deals in the vicinity.

Receptionists are very decent.

No shampoo.Smallest piece of soap possible already used by the other customer and slowest wi-fi ever.

Quiet room, Air propeller in the middle of room, near city center, water pool.

En un principio relación calidad/precio me pareció bien, pero el domingo, y sin avisar no cambiaron las toallas, no dejaron gel y no limpiaron la habitación, sin embargo el precio no fue distinto, protestamos y nos indicaron que era norma de la dirección del Hotel el que el domingo no se realizaba la limpieza de la habitación, sin embargo esto no se avisa a la hora de contratar el hotel y tampoco cuando llegas al mismo. El hotel no tiene recepcionista por la noche, hubo problemas con algún cliente que protestó, llegando a escandalizar y llamar a las habitaciones, y el resto estábamos desprotegidos ante tal situación.

Las habitaciones olían mal y el personal no se responsabilizaba. La falta de limpieza del domingo antes expuesta.
