Like the staff (they wating for us till night and tell nothing about our late check out. And the room was very clean and comfortable.

Centrally located and very good value for money. Friendly staff who are apparently on some sort of training programme and are eager to help.

Hotel not really set up to provide breakfast but to be fair they advise of this when booking it. The food on offer is pretty poor for the price and visitors would be better advised to seek alternatives. However aside from a nice but wasp-infested cake shop there are few cafe'-type alternatives nearby. Neither TV in a two-room 'family suite' worked but not being a fan of Lithuanian television this was not much of a problem for me. Kids expecting 'Disney Channel' during 'downtime' a bit disappointed though.

Friendly prices, clean rooms, appropriate advertising, well located.

Breakfast was out of any ranges, better find a place in a city or make selfservice and buy food in supermarket.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The location was great.

There was no elevator so you had to carry your luggage up two flights of steep stairs. The room was small. Toilet and bathroom were shared between two rooms. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Perfectly located - 2 steps from the old town (basically in the old town). very clean and warm rooms, though quite small. still u get towels and tv ). staff is nice and helpfull. u can pay with card. perfect for a short stay.

Budget hotel for those, who don't need any luxuries. Shared bathroom didn't fuss us since there were no one in the other "apartment".

В номере воняло канализацией, в туалет было не зайти, до окна, что бы его закрыть или открыть - не достать, надо вставать на стул, стены заляпаны неизвестно чем, телевизор не работал, хотя написано было, что входит в стоимость, не было соответственно и пульта, карточка American Express в отеле не принимается, хотя опять-таки была указана в информации о гостинице, это не 2-ух звёздочный отель, этот отель похож на хостель. В целом противно было до чего-то прикасаться в этом номере. В Таллинне (столице Эстонии) за ту же цену был номер в 3-ёх звездочном отеле и завтраком.Никому не посоветую там останавливаться!

Puhh, wo fange ich nur an...Nun gut, kein fernsehen war möglich, die Karte fehlte, wir mussten förmlich hinterherlaufen um sie zu bekommen. WLAN konnten wir erst am zweiten Tag nutzen. Die Heizung im Bad konnte man nicht abstellen, saunaähnliche Temp. mussten wir ertragen(Fenster aufmachen). Nächtliche Störungen der Alarmanlagen (Autos). Das Zimmer war recht klein und plötzlich stand eine Couch in unserem Zimmer, das Hotel wird neu gestaltet und es musste irgendwo untergebracht werden...Frechheit...Dann gabs noch Stress mit den Parkplätzen, wurden von einer Dame beschimpft, weil sie ins Büro wollte. Weiterempfehlung, no Way!

Расположен в центре старого города. Тепло- топят в номере на майские на 90. Можно переночевать одну-две ночи.

Нужно очень четко прописывать условия бронирования номера и желательно потом созвониться. По русски и английски почти никто из персонала не говорит. Нам вместо 2-х отдельных номеров дали 2 с общим санузлом на мансарде с мааааленьким окном и никто никакой компенсации не предложил. Общий вход в туалет не закрывался. Туалет он же душ он же умывальник с единым полом. Один моется- лужа на полу на час. При въезде персонал никак не мог определиться со стоимостью номера.В результате сняли деньги с одного номера как с двух. Хорошо были с друзьями. Карты VISA не принимают. Меньше номера не бывает. В номере не было даже шкафа, только плечики на гвоздиках на стене над 1-ой тумбочкой. Вторая не влезла. В номере не работало ничего, кроме отопления. Рекомендовать можно только для молодых и очень не притязательных. Похоже на чистую общагу.
