Good location, great breakfast and a pool and sauna onsite.

Staff not so helpful at times (read that this is common in Vilnuis), pool only free for guests between 7-10am???. Onsite bar prices much dearer than rest of city!

Very friendly and service minded staff. Getting a coffee and breakfast when leaving for the airport at 4:30 is a big plus!

The aircondition could have been better.

Good breakfast, spacious rooms, superb location, good price when booking in advance. In fact they have WiFi zone in the lobby and wherever signal may go thru walls (the first part of the building). We arrived at 12:05 and was given our rooms in courtesy, while officially check-in time is after 14:00. Nice view on the residence of the presedent. Omg! Balcony! :)

It might be a little bit cleaner and less worn, rooms in the first part of the building seems older than in the rest of building. Also I would expect 2-3 bottles (0.5l+) of still water for free in the room, and not small expensive bottles from minibar (in Poland even 3-star hotel offer at least 2 bottles for free at least at first day of stay). Annoying pay- tv, when you switch tv it offers to switch pay-TV instead of bbc, watch for children! :)

Artis Centrum Hotel is well located in the historic center of Vilnius , some good restaurants not far away,room was nice, not small !

Breakfast was fair, but didn`t like the laud and not nice music in the breakfast room.

Very nice hotel, the room is very good and clean. The restaurant in the hotel on the first floor is very good. The breakfast is excellent.

At first, the girl at the reception almost doesn't speak Russian. When at least 50% of guests speaks Russian it is the must. There is no problem to me speak English, but other guests may not speak English. At second, the girl at the reception gave to us occupied by other guests room. For four-star hotel it's inadmissible.

Silence in rooms. Very nice breakfast.

I arrived at 21:00 and heating in room was off. It took few hours to heat room.

The very nice breakfast, the warm service in the bar. The service of the receprion.

The Whirpool works only for additional price, not included in the hotel price. Since it is a 4 star hotel one should not pay additionally for parking, bathrobe and whirpool (swimming pool)
