Very welcoming and stylish hotel. The staff were friendly, competent, helpful and impressively multilingual. The facilities were of a high standard and the room was exceptionally comfortable and provided very peaceful sleeping. The breakfast selection was more than satisfactory with a large variety of food options. The swimming pool / sauna was in a high state of cleanliness and with excellent pool water quality. Would definetly book this hotel again and recommend to friends / colleagues!

Large rooms, air conditioning, free swimming pool and sauna in the morning, good breakfast. (Quite interesting floor numbering varying between elevators. We could access our room at floor 6 by taking the first elevator from floor 1 to 4 and then then a few steps upwards and then taking the second elevator from floor 3 to floor 5.)

Artis is the loveliest hotel of Centrum chain with excellent accomodation, nice and friendly staff and very reasonable rate per night for an exquisite comfort!

Silence in rooms. Very nice breakfast.

I arrived at 21:00 and heating in room was off. It took few hours to heat room.

The Whirpool works only for additional price, not included in the hotel price. Since it is a 4 star hotel one should not pay additionally for parking, bathrobe and whirpool (swimming pool)

Good breakfasts, the action - a free taxi to shop was pleasant

Last night in number heating has been disconnected and we have very much frozen. Batteries were cold.

Too many Russians during New Year holidays - noisy, traffic and scandals at breakfast.
