A very good hotel in the city centre !!
Location, Staff, Interior
Perfect location, well furnished. Nice to have heating floor in the bathroom. Though after arrival it took us some time to understand, where from is this heating coming to the room and how to cool it for the night. We are often pretty late for breakfast (yes, it takes me forever to get ready in the morning and I am not proud of it), and never had any issue because of showing up 10 minutes before the closure time. Because of Christmas the breakfast time was even prolonged. A receptionist remembered us and was giving the key without saying the room number, which is nice. Possibility to smoke under the roof by the partially closed entrance, which would be appreciated by smokers during a not perfect weather.
We didn't always sleep very well, but this might be related not only to the bed but also to general tiredness and overconsumption of food and drinks during Christmas period.
- great location - nice breakfast
- we wanted double bed and we got twin beds. I asked to change that, but it was not possible at that time. - during the night there was no hot water. - in the part with rooms it does not look like 4* hotel.
Best location in Vilnius, quiet room, helpful staff, big and comfy bed and good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.
The only way to heathen our room was a small portable heater that dries air in minutes and makes it hard to breathe. It was REALLY cold. Bottle of drinking water - 6 eur. Slow wi-fi.
The location was great and the staff were nice. We did have a real crib for the baby. We could walk all over Old Town from the hotel.
Others reviews talked about the spacious rooms. Our room was small, just enough room for the beds and crib. Usually that does not bother me. But looking at the hotel's photos and some of the reviews I expected a bit more. Also, for the price of other amenities (6 euro water for example), you would think the rooms would be a bit nicer.
yes, I surely love to go again if I am around, its top 9.95 out of 10
room was very clean and nice, great breakfast, staff very helpful - we were first assigned a twin room, but they changed it to a double within minutes after we requested it
Very slow wifi and it was a little bit cold in our room, but there was an additional fan heater there which made the temperature much more comfortable.
In the centre of the old town with large rooms and good puplic areas. The staff were courteous and spoke English. The rooms were clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay there.
I was not too taken by the buffet breakfast but that is just personal taste.
Customer needs more Smile from Staff.
Good breakfast with the choice of local dishes, cheeses and fish. Close proximity to the city centre. Polite staff.
Old decor in the room with fraying carpets. The room is very small. Hourly rate for sauna and hot tub facilities is almost Euro 60.00 per person, which is exorbitant for what is on offer.
Bathroom ceiling falling apart Very bad Wifi Basic breakfast Room Layout not well designed
location was excellent and nice and quiet, heated bathroom floor
lack of a bar in the hotel, the reception told me to get my own glass of red wine from restaurant, was promised a surprise if it was our anniversary - didn't receive anything and tea and coffee facilities would have been good in the room
Location, design, food:)
Cost is a bit too high..
The room was spectacular. The tub and the walk in shower were great. Breakfast pancakes were to die for. Best location ever, and our room was so beautiful and spacious. Many restaurants around, and the hotel staff can provide all sorts of information about the city. Incredible room!
Don't charge for the water in the room please? Also, you shouldnt charge for the sauna. No one uses it, it was empty the whole time we were there. It was also empty the whole time I was there last summer. An extra nice touch for customers, especially since I was staying in the most expensive room in your hotel, would have been a very nice indeed.
Excellent location in the centre and very convenient for sightseeing. Good breakfast. The room was not quite what we were expecting as the description suggested that it was overlooking the atrium. Whilst that was hypothetically true it was actually looking out over the hotel roof. However, the sunshine coming into the room was a bonus!
The staff on reception seemed a bit 'frosty', and a man patrolling the reception area made us feel rather unwelcome.
Best position in the shopping and walking area and the very ventre. Spacious lobby, historical building, very big bed, good breakfast, own parking.
Location and the hotel itself were amazing
Happy with everything
The hotel is tastefully decorated, and the rooms are spacious. The first night we spent in the ECONOMIC room at the ground floor near the reception desk, and the next three nights in a DELUXE room on the first floor. In ECONOMIC room (No. 101) windows face the atrium and reception, which lacked a bit of intimacy and all the time we had the curtains closed and the lights turned on. For a longer stay I wouldn't recommend this room. DELUXE room which we had (No. 202) is huge and spacious (60 m2). The room is quiet, and very bright. The windows faced two sides, back yard and the roofs of the surrounding buildings. The room has a big bathroom, large bed and two comfortable armchairs. I recommend it. NOTE! The hotel has no elevator, climbing to the second floor on the steep stairs may be a problem for older people, ask for rooms on the ground or first floor.
The only downside is the lack of a kettle and tea in the rooms. Even in Delux room, you cann't make yourself a tea, you have to order it in a restaurant. In the rooms are just a fridges with cold drinks.
Eveything, location, confort, wifi, breackfast, etc.
