Atrium Hotel    

Perfect location in the old town, good Argentina restaurant downstairs, friendly staff, conditioner.

Rooms are small, no free drinking water in the rooms.

Staff did their best. Good.

Difficult to reach the hotell. The street was closed. Had to drive against signs oneway drive. Price high i comparison with alternative hotels.

I have stayed many times before and enjoyed my stay at the hotel and been satisfied with the staff

Breakfast is very plain and we will eat out if we stay again. The hotel was nearly empty but we where given a room far away, cold and small, next to the staff room where people where smoking. I was able to change the room. Seems the hotel is getting old and not som good taken care of. The price and location is what will make me come back.

Breakfast cheese was out of the fridge a bit longer than it should have been!!!! :}} But breakfast delivered to the room at no charge - priceless.

The Location and reception area was nice

The room was a bit shabby, broken shower and a bit cold.

We liked the feel of the hotel, the rooms were nice and warm. The bathroom floor was heated which was perfect. Location was perfect.

Staff were very unhelpful. The spa suite that was advertised on the brochure had a hidden price(was very high too). There was blood on our bedside lamp that was not cleaned when we told the reception. Breakfast was low quality and an hour before breakfast had to finish there was almost nothing left and staff would not check.

Location to Old Town was superb. Right near the cathedral and shops.

Interior design, location

Upon entry the reception is huge and spacious giving off an image of luxury and comfort with lots of leather sofas and large LCD screen ti sit and unwind too! Also the option of the sauna and jacuzzi fon the online pics we couldnt wait to try this out!

There was only 1 double bed in th hotel and it was in what felt like a broom cupboard,next to the staff entry door everything about this room was horrible for example the bedside tables were situated in the living space because the bed was sited in the wrong place! The riom seemed more pokey than spacious luxury from the online pics! Also at 2 am i was startled out of bed as i thought someone was trying to enter our room! I jumped up rubbing my eyes preparing to meet the uninvited visitor, and the door never opened it wa the staff door next to ours ! If they opened there door itblocked our door and vice versa there was scratch marks all over the door due to this! It was absurd! We asked to change roomsthe next morning and when explaned why i wantedto move i was told rhis was one of the better quieter rooms and the only one with a double bed! So the new room was with two single beds however the room was the same size but because it was set iut correctly it seemed it had a little more room with cleverly place length mirrors ti make it seem more spacious Then we went ti the jacuzzi and sauna at first you enter and it looks fantastic your own area with locked door 2 very large changing areas several showers a bedroom yes a bedroom with doble bed in!!!!! And an entrance into the caves area of the sauna and jacuzzi it looked fab it took 10 mins to find the power button for the jacuzzi bubbles and lights then the noise if the pump was horrendous no way was this relaxing so lets try the sauna this i have to say was very good hot hot hot the radio didnt work so time really dragged in there moan over!!!!! No not yet this is a 4 star hotel and the breakfast standard was of a 1 star 2 star max very dissapointed yet again!!!! If you giing to offer a breakfast di it right the hot things included an egg or sausage one day or egg and bacon the next and everything else was cold cucumber tomato olives youghurts ok moaning over !

The room was well priced, clean, very large split over 2 levels, good location in old town and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very well located in the center of the Old City of Vilnius. Lots of restaurants in the area. Banks where you can change your money and Tourist Information 2 minutes far from the hotel. Bus Station is very close (not more than 10 minutes walking). You can go walking to the most interresting points of the city. Big rooms with huge bed...no noise at all....peaceful. Nice breakfast.

Location in old city, old renovated building, helpfull stuff, nice room and facilities,

no elevator

Very conveniently situated close to the Cathedral and to some of the main landmarks of Vilnius Poor breakfest not for 4 star, is of 2 star No scrambled or warm soft-boiled eggs, no peeled or fresh fruit salad reakfest bad ,No lifts in the hotel The deluxe rooms were spacious but very cold, stark, & poorly laid out An excellent Argentinian restaurant on premises we were only 1 couply there food was amazy good but we got food poisoning

First day boys was looking after parking and it was good but on Monday we could not get out from parking and near was too late to Airport

Good location, breakfast included

Staff were condescending, our original room was tiny and most decor and furniture in the hotel is outdated and ugly. It really shouldn't cost nearly so much for a mediocre hotel with staff who would rather not help you.

Localisation was perfect

Noisy room, service was quite indifferent and seemed not to care at all, breakfast was awful, we didnt get a parking lot although we had reserved one.

Location

1. Do not think it's 4 stars hotel. Room was big but not cozy or comfortable or reasonable in the least. Not fresh bathroom. Poor furnishing. 2. Staff was not very friendly. We were late for check out for a bit more than half an hour. They made us pay extra cost desregarding the fact that I informed them about possible delay. It seems that the girl just forgot to inform her colleguae. Poor service. 3. Price/product balance is evidently broken there. It should have costed less.

The location is fantastic though the hotel itself is rather modest and a bit shabby. Private parking is free of charge.

The breakfast is more than simple and modest. The baby chair given to us at the breakfast was broken. Room service was not available when we stayed there
