Excellent location - close to all interesting places in Old Town as well as to the shopping street, good clean room, nice lobby, polite staff very poor breakfast - we were 4 but it was about 10 pieces of sausage in the "buffet",no good coffee in the morning. the room was cold |

Pleasant helpful staff. About the only place in Vilnius we found that served a beer after 23:00. Great location, and great room. A lift/elevator would have been helpful; but that's a minor point. |

Position wise, the hotel achieved all I wanted: near all main sites and restaurants etc and to forget the car for at least one and a half days after driving from Rega. Having booked the disabled facilities some 8 months earlier: there was quite a long delay on arrival! They had let the room to someone who had booked 7 days earlier!!! I had a disabled room for the 2nd night only). Reception obviously need more training on specialised bookings. |

There is really good restaurent in the hotel. Only one guy from hotel stuff really understands - what hotel's service means. Other staff is very poor in that understanding. they got an unexpected shutdown of heating in whole hotel but nobody from hotel's staff even recognised that!!! I got my bill without any apologises for low temperature and cold shower. |

Fantastic location and I loved the spacious room. Staff were great and most welcoming Some guests were smoking out of a window in the corridor and it was super smelly! |

Location, very nice interior designof the room only, helpfull staff Regardless that I booked a simple double room I got a deluxe one, but..... all windows were into the inside of the hotel (bizzare, bizzare) so no chance of opening them and curtains had to be closed at all the times, so I felt like in alittle prison cell, secondary my room keeping in mind that it was deluxe was less than 2 metres away from the reception so it was bloody noisy from outside |

Værelset var absolut fremragende og personalet var yderst service-minded og forstående over for særlige behov. Beliggenheden er perfekt. Om overhovedet muligt er tilgængelighed for handicappede det største behov for forbedring. Morgenmaden og morgenmadsserveringen kunne være bedre. |

In diesem Hotel ist der Gast ein unbekanntes Wesen.Das Personal an der Rezeption scheint mir ungeschult.Mit der Buchung wußten sie nichts anzufangen, denn bei der Rechnungsstellung ergaben sich erhebliche Differenzen zu Ihrer Buchungszusage. |
