Location, very nice interior designof the room only, helpfull staff Regardless that I booked a simple double room I got a deluxe one, but..... all windows were into the inside of the hotel (bizzare, bizzare) so no chance of opening them and curtains had to be closed at all the times, so I felt like in alittle prison cell, secondary my room keeping in mind that it was deluxe was less than 2 metres away from the reception so it was bloody noisy from outside |

central location the hotel was being renovated or there was construction work being carried out.we booked a specific table for a meal party of five and the table was given to another party .we were overcharged on the room rate specified , and had to pay 25 euyro's for a camp bed.In my booking I specifically asked for a lux roof I was not given it, but my guest was, figure it out I cannot, just incompetance really. |

price, located at the main turist route in old town no AC, no internet (connection was so poor that was breaking every 2 minutes, no cable), hotel under reconstruction, to get to my room I should make 50 m walk through construction area, no elevator. This is not a 4 star hotel. |
