В целом все было хорошо.Мы останавливались в отелле с мвленьким ребенком.Нам была предложена детская кроватка и мы были вынуждены попросить дополнительный обогреватель,так как в номерах на третьем этаже очень холодно. Утеплить третий этаж!!!! |

Sehr freundliche und bemuehte Mitarbeiter,Naehe zur Ostsee und dem Stadtzentrum Renoviertes Zimmer wurde uns erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen gegeben. Dieses war aber einwandfrei sauber und komfortabel. |

Sauber, freundlicher Service, ruhig Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders aufregend und man muss mit dem Auto in ein anderes Hotel fahren (vielleicht nur in der Vorsaison). |

Sehr freundliches Personal, grosses Zimmer An Werktagen musste man das Fruehstueck in einem anderen Hotel einnehmen ( 1 km entfernt ... und das im Winter ), im Park-Hof und auch auf den Wegen zum Hotel wurde leider kaum der Schnee und das Eis entfernt ( gefaehrlich ), nach 11 Tagen bat man uns, fuer die restlichen 6 Tage in ein anderes Hotel zu wechseln ( was mit 4 Sternen zwar besser war ) weil das Hotel austeja zu wenig Gaeste hatte |

Trotz sehr früher Abreise morgens um 5:00 Uhr, war es möglich, ein kleines Frühstück vorbereitet zu bekommen. Zuverlässiger Airport-Shuttle! Die überaus freundliche Dame an der Rezeption schien noch nie eine Rechnung ausgestellt zu haben - schweres, langwieriges Procedere... |

Дружелюбный персонал, расположение отеля Зимой на третьем этаже очень холодно (+15). За переезд на другой этаж мне пришлось доплачивать. Ночью с потолка стала капать вода - пришлось среди ночи переезжать в другой номер. |

Nettes Ambiente, gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Taxi-Shuttle vom Flughafen hat trotz stark verspäteter Ankunft Nachts um 1:00 Uhr einwandfrei funktioniert. Frühstück wurde erst ab 8:00 Uhr und auch nicht im Hotel selbst angeboten, sondern in einem etwa 1 km entfernten anderen Hotel. Wie ich zu Fuß bei Minusgraden und Schneeregen dort hinkomme, wurde mir selbst überlassen. Im Sommer funktioniert alles wahrscheinlich besser... ? |
