Quiet place not far from city center, clear large room, responsive staff

No-friendly TV control

Helpfull staff. Good brekfest and coffee.

Shower watter pressure was extremely low, was not possible to shower.

Excellent Location.

Poorly staffed kitchen in the morning... Guests were literally walking into the kitchen asking for more bread/cold cuts to be brought out. Cannot complain about the food quality though - it was up to standard :)

The location. It is near by the main street - "Laisves aleja" but in very calm place. The girl who was working in the reception was very friendly. I liked they have their own wine shop which is even cheaper thant the shops

Clean room, quiet area

Very modest breakfast! No meat, only bread and cereals. Should not be called "buffet breakfast". Hotel is almost empty so they cut down on breakfasts. No TVPolonia among programmes. Internet very expensive.

New, clean, private parking, quiet, good breakfast. Good value for money.

No Internet in the rooms. Otherwise nothing to point out.

we liked bathroom, balcony and room size

Excellent hotel! Will definitely come back! We were so impressed with the newly renovated decor, friendly and very helpful staff, comfortable beds, convenient location with great views! We both agreed the hotel was a strong three star quality. We have seen similar rated at even four stars. We were amazed with the value we got!!!! We found the location to be very convenient, center of the town. Its on a hill and very peaceful. We did not have to deal with street noises or party crowds, and yet we were so close to everything. Room was very new and modern. There are accents of traditional decor like linnen curtains and beautiful print carpets. I loved the modern, yet authentic feel. The AC and TV worked great. We had no problems whatsoever. Beds are very comfortable, so were the pillows. We are very picky, and were very pleased. We loved soft white sheets and covers. The bath was large, with hot water and lots of towels, and even slippers! We loved heated floor. Breakfast was very nice, selection of meats, cheeses, eggs and sausages, yogurts, serial, milk and juices. We loved it. The hotel supports eco tourism. We rented bikes to tour the city and wished we stayed longer to do all the hotel offered. Staff was very sincere and friendly. They suggested places to visit and even offered to bring breakfast to the room! Overall, the atmosphere was amazing. Everything was new, just built. You can see the passion the hotel placed to offer their guests a perfect holiday. We are definitely coming back!

original rooms, modern design

the staff was always helpful and ready to give any kind of tips about the city-transport,route,shops,etc.Breakfast was ok.The room was clean,comfortable,although it was not so big.The hotel is quiet and located in a good and quiet area.Not far from the center(15-20 min walk).for those who smoke there is a terrace.

Very friendly staff, would go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Family rooms are located in the wing not accessible by a lift - very uncomfortable as travelling with children involves more luggage etc.

It pleasantly surprised me with it's design, the room was cosy, clean, newly refurbished. The staff were helpful and friendly.

This is the ssecond time we have stayed here, it's a great hotel when you book at the right price. The rooms are big and nicely decorated, lots of towels. It's located not far from the centre on foot, but don't wear heels, the pavements are rough and its a steep hill with steps to get down to the city. The staff are young but professional and smiley. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

In my opinion the breakfast ( if I had paid full price) is quite mean and cheap. Cheap sauasages, no egg dishes and some nasty low-fat yogurts. Not much choice although things were filled up often. The only good thing about breakfast was the coffee, outstanding!! Still overall we will be back, breakfast or not!

New comfortable rooms

Staff do not like russian speaking tourists. Girl on reception knows russian language but asked me speak english. For some reason people in Kaunas don't like russian tourists. It is strange and sad.

We were living at the top of the hotel in the nice huge penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent - staff, room, location.

Very nice rooms with air conditioner, carpets, fridge and comfortable beds. Not far from old city.

Free Wi-Fi was only in lobby.
