-Room was big and very cosy, mixture of modern and old fashion in a good style, - breakfast selection was good, personel was helpful and nice - It's the second time it happened to me in Vilnius.. In the room description stated " tea and coffe equipment" , there was one old and dirty kettle, no single tea bag, no coffe bag nothing, I usually arrive late at night and select hotels which provide me such a service, it would be better they took it away no leaving dirty and without tea. |

Excellent location- in the very heart of the Old Town. Nice and sufficient furniture in the room. Hotel with a style. Wheelchair users welcome Breakfast a bit scarce for a 4* hotel |

We liked the free parking in the hotel basement. Very convenient and safe. During breakfast, people were preparing some musical performance in the adjacent room. Quite noisy. |

we got a very nice room, an apartment. the view from window was to the east and we could see sunrise. also we liked tea facility in the room. |

It was in near to everything in town. Check out is at 12, they rang our room to make sure we were checking out. It was only a few minutes past 12. |

Location was easy walk to Old Town They did not have non smoking rooms. Ashtrays in all rooms. Had to move to a room just renovated to breathe. I have asthma , allergic to cigarette smoke |

Central location, spacious rooms and pleasant friendly staff. Access to the bowling alley was an added bonus. The breakfast is awful. The two girls serving sat chatting behind the cdounter rather than checking whether people had coffee etc. The buffet looked tired and the instant coffee was undrinkable. |

Hyvällä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa. Rauhallista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneessa oli keittonurkkaus, joka tarkoitti pientä tiskipöytää, jääkaappia ja vedenkeitintä. Keittolevyä olisimme kaivanneet. Vedenkeittimessä oli niin paljon kalkkia, ettei sitä uskaltanut käyttää. Vastaanotossa oli henkilö, joka ei tiennyt miten vuokraamamme tallelokero avataan. Vasta seuraavana aamuna (lähtöaamu) saimme tavaramme lokerosta. |

Het hotel is centraal geleden in de oude stad. De kamers zijn vrij ruim. 1. De lakens en handdoeken op de kamer zijn dringend aan vervanging toe. Beide zijn compleet uitgerafeld en de lakens zitten vol gaatjes en zijn zelfs te kort voor de extra lange bedden waar het hotel zichzelf op beroept. 2. Het ontbijt is heel beperkt en zeker niet op niveau van een 4 sterren hotel. Er is heel weinig variatie en weinig beleg voorhanden. |

Хорошее расположение отеля. Отзывчивый персонал - оба номера были представлены уже в 10 утра хотя по правилам въезд в 14.00. Огромные двухкомнатные номера с кухней, оснащенные практически всем необходимым. Свежий ремонт, большие кровати. Удачное соотношение цена - качество. |
