Excellent staff, all of whom were very knowledgeable of the city & all spoke perfect english. Our deluxe double bedroom was huge, spotlessly clean & comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet street but is close to all of the major sights of the city with several of them being less than 5 minutes walk away. There are also numerous bars & restaurants within a very short stroll. We loved the Barbacan Palace & plan to return there in summer 2010 |

The visual look of the hotel and rooms was above expected. Although hotel offers much higher price than Booking.com the check in was very smooth and quick. Excellent location - 5 min walking to the heart of the old town. Appropriate place for short stays. Poor breakfast - you may get stuffed but not satisfied with food choice and quality. It is obvious that with a little attention and improvement they could avoid this comment. Poor bathroom ventilation - towels don't get dry during the night. |

Great hotel! It is located right in the center, has large clean rooms with tea facilities and a small kitchennet, etc. We will be glad to recommend it to everyone! PS Though the parking was not free, the hotel staff allowed us to stay there without payment. |

Very good location, spacious rooms, personel polite & willing to help. Generally, very pleasant stay. Maybe some more cleaning (e.g water boiler for tea was not totaly clean), telephone should be next to bed, not far from it. Overall, only minor details should be fixed. |

The Hotel Barbacan Palace is ideally located in the very heart of Vilnius.Though there is actually nothing to complain, the hotel is not up to a 4-star-standard. I had a double deluxe room which was huge indeed, but extremely basic and not worth the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok, but no big deal. Breakfast could be improved and rooms shall be refurbished. |

The room very large and comfortable. Location to old town excellent. The staff very polite and helpful. A four star hotel by European standards. A good price for what you're getting. Balconies on many rooms. Quiet yet close to everything. Had to ask to have the room vacuumed, but otherwise kept clean. No restaurant or room serice except for breakfast which was pretty basic. |

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and it's in a quiet location despite being so central. It was a spacious room with a little balcony, it was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was disappointing: horrible, dishwater coffee, flies on the meat and cheese buffet and stale breads. Despite being central, there's not much going on around it so the walk back from the main street is and pretty deserted, I wouldn't recommend walking it alone at night. |

Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to help you. Breakfast staff in particular were friendly. Good location, close to center of town. Parking a bonus. Comfortable European beds with duvets , big room. |

Good location (near centre), clean, helpful staff, (somewhat) interesting design, free WiFi. To be honest, this is a good three star hotel, not four star (breakfast is good but not excellent, poor bathroom amenities, no safe deposit in the room, sheets are to small for the size of the bed). |

-Room was big and very cosy, mixture of modern and old fashion in a good style, - breakfast selection was good, personel was helpful and nice - It's the second time it happened to me in Vilnius.. In the room description stated " tea and coffe equipment" , there was one old and dirty kettle, no single tea bag, no coffe bag nothing, I usually arrive late at night and select hotels which provide me such a service, it would be better they took it away no leaving dirty and without tea. |

We liked the free parking in the hotel basement. Very convenient and safe. During breakfast, people were preparing some musical performance in the adjacent room. Quite noisy. |
