Location-close to the train Station and close to the City Center Good WiFi

Beds/sheets were not clean. You had to walk through the whole building to get to the girl's bathroom

Staff was good - friendly and enthusiastic. Location good - close to stations and Gates of Dawn - however as the centre of Vilnuis is rather large, it is a bit of a walk to the main Cathedral or the University.

room smelled *bad* (like industrial strength cleaner). "kitchen" is just a microwave and a teakettle. showers operate by pushing a button that gives you about 20 seconds of water - the temperature of which was highly variable. dorms are probably OK value for solo travellers, but for people wanting a private room, a (much) better standard can be had for similar money.

Very closed to the city center. Very cheap. Good place for one or two nights.

The guy at the entrance didn't speak english.

Close to all important city-sights, also railway and bus station.Very friendly receptionist lady who speaks many languages, gives good advices. Room is large,bathroms are clean,beds are comfortable.

-Rooms are not locked,anyone can enter the room -no lockers,but you can leave your values at reception. -Showers and toilets are on different floor

The convenient location and inexpensive

The location was good, right next to the Old town. It was cheap and clean. Will definitely recommend anyone.

The young guy at the check-in desk was not really friendly. He kept his face as if he does not like foreigners visiting Vilnius :(

Awful smell in a room, where we slept. Awful smell in a tiny kitchen. Very cold in a bathroom and a toilet. No lamps over beds, just one ceiling lightning, so if anyone sleeps, u have no chance to read in the room.

hostel staff and location

The hostel is located close to the coach station and the old town, which is a great convenient. The stuff is very friendly to us. They offer knife and forks, microwave.

They charge for depositing bags.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull! For the this price I think it is the best option. Very simple, but clean. Location is just perfect!

I lived on the second floor, but the womens bathroom was on the first floor. Sometimes when I woke up at night and needed to visit the bathroom I had to go in my pj downstairs...it is a bit uncomfortable, especially when it is winter and corridors are cold.

The staff is very polite, attentive and cheerful. It feels like at home here.

Excellent location, right next to the old town. They have their own free parking. WiFi is pretty good and free. Neat and clean linen and bathrooms.

The heating in the bathrooms and the rooms was not sufficient. It was a bit cold and not enough power points in the room to charge the devices.

The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the oldtown and close to the train and bus station. The hostel it self is cheap and you get what you paid for. Room was confortable, basic forniture (only beds), warm. Bathroom and toilet could be better, not as clean and confortable as i wished.

Decent for the price, but toilets and Bathrooms could be better! The bedrooms are basic, you dont get anything except the bed.

I've been in many hostels. Services at Center Stay Hostel are defenitly higher than an average though the price remains that average. They keep rooms, toilets and kitchen very clean. I was very happy that there was no smoking area or at least I did know where it was. I really dont like when some hostels attach it to the kitchen.

We would like to have more plates in the kitchen at our disposal.

Very close to the bus & railway station and to the historical part of the city. Nice price. Friendly personal (especially chambermaid (man))

women's toilet/shower only at the ground floor - not convenient to go downstairs & upstairs.

the Center Stay Hostel has some very good advantages: - location, easy to find and reach (7 min walk from the railway and auto-bus stations and less than 3 min walk from the Old City) - conveniences (rooms are clean enough, beds are comfortable, free internet, equipped kitchen and relax zone) - very friendly staff (everyone! at any time of the day and night) - safe place (no strangers in the area)

once they responded to my question not in 30 seconds but in one minute :) in reality everything was good, i have no claims
