big fair room and bathroom, parking, smart receptionist. I visited this hotel before so I knew what to expect :) really poor breakfast, not enough even milk, no shower curtain as a result more water on the floor. But in general everything will be OK :) |

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The room was very large. The breakfast was small but adequate and well presented. Terrible coffee though. Considering it was very close to town and on a major route from the airport it was very reasonably priced. There were little or no facilities. Absolutely nothing available in the evening.The approach to the hotel was down a dark, dirty alley which was rather intimidating at night. Acces to town was down a steep hill which was fine going down but difficult returning. There was a venicular railway but it closed at 7 p.m. There were steps but an awful lot of them. Some comfortable chairs in the room would have been a bonus. |

The staff was helpful. The room was nice and very good value for money. A bit difficult to find because the entrance was on the "backyard". You need your own torch because it was rather dark in the hotel - I guess because of energy saving. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and large room. Access to city center not easy, especially at night. Restaurant closed in the evening. No comfortable easy chairs in room.. |

Cheap price. Very good that can stay with pets and no extra charge. Very good hotel staff. Carpet did not seem clean. Not so easy to find by address - must use gps coordinates. |

Location, Location, Location - very close to adult night club, not on the street but in the courtyard. Type of building - former production building - very low ceilings. Darkness in the corridors. Smells in the room. |

die Zimmer sind goß und das Personal bemüht man merkt die Nähe zum Osten, sehr karges Frühstück und 2 Tage keine Heizung und nur sehr wenig warmes Wasser (soll aber nicht usus sein) das Personal war sehr bemüht sie Situation zu meistern. |

Большой просторный номер. Ванна (а не душ) в ванной комнате. Прекрасный вид из номера на город. Если номер на одном из нижних этажей, то можно посмотреть на город с крыши. Отзывчивый персонал, готовый решить все проблемы, если они будут. Рядом с отелем находится фуникулёр, воспользовавшись которым сразу можно оказаться в центре. разнообразить завтрак и облагоустроить территорию около отеля. |

El personal es extraordinariamente atento, tanto que llama la atención. En recepción hacen todo lo que pueden por ayudar a los huéspedes y responder a sus consultas, siempre con una sonrisa. Se puede subir a la azotea para tener una vista panorámica del centro de la ciudad. ¡Las camas y los edredones no están diseñados para que éstos puedan fijarse a la base del colchón para que no se salgan los pies! (Pero esto es común en todo el este de europa, he observado.) Los techos son muy bajos. El hotel se encuentra junto a una discoteca, y por la noche llega a la habitación algo de ruido. |
