Yes, I had problems with my booking Nr. at hotel they didn`t get it from booking.com, but I got room for the same price! |

We were shifted to There other chain hotel Rotanda in the centre of the city, location was much better Well the room promised in the hotel Centrum uniquestay was with more aminities like tea/coffee making, ironing, etc...whereas we dint have all that in Rotanda..so little bit dissappointed. Location of the hotel was better. |

Our stay at the hotel was quite good. We had to attend a conference in Vilnius so we didn't have much time at the hotel. Coffee/tea in the room was quite good as well as free internet. Breakfast was nice too. Parking is also possible for free opposite the hotel on the road (A.Vivulskio Gatve). We didn't manage to use the spa, but it was only available to guests free of charge upto 10am. The room was quiet, but not the best the hotel had to offer, it was a bit old on the lowest floor (2 levels below reception, although we requested when we made the reservation on booking.com for a room on a higher floor - the hotel did not seem to be full!) and probably not recently renovated, the view was also not so nice. I guess you get what you pay for, the rate was quite low! |

Welcoming atmosphere at reception, quiet, comfortable room, computer/internet in room, complimentary coffee/tea and hot water kettle in room, attractive price, rich and tasty breakfast, direct bus connection to the airport. Location not exactly at centerpoint of city events. Comfortable enough though, if you don't mind a 15-20 min walk or a short bus ride. |

The staff is really very kind and happy to help you. On the top of the hotel, 31st floor, you can have a complete view of the city. The gym is very well equipped! |

Breakfast, tea and coffee in the room, comfort The internet in the computers in the room did not work and it was promised to give but whole weekend hotel did nothing to solve the situation. It caused a lot of problems to me as I came hard to work in weekend but not relax. As I thought that I have a computer at room I left my one at home. |

Very nice tidy room. Delicious breakfast! Not far away from the old town! Maybe too many steps in the corridors before you reach the elevator, but if you are healthy it doesn`t bother! |
