the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Good location to Old Town I was mislead to believe that the laundering of our clothes by the Hotel was free of charge. A 350 litas charge appeared on my bill at checkout. |

Initially we were placed in a double suite which was very nice. Unfortunately there was a leak in the ceiling the second night about midnight. There were no rooms other then the presidential suite to sleep in that evening. Unfortunately, we both were at conference or other businesses the next day we woke from the "presidential suite" after 7 hours of sleep and when we returned at about 4-5 pm we were told that we had overstayed our time there and that we had to move immediately. This was a third move and an inconvenience to us since we both had very busy agendas an. We were told if we stayed any longer that we would have to pay the difference in charges for upgrades. Staff had forgotten the inconvenience in this situation and not instructed to compensate otherwise. We were put up now which I call the "servant's quarters" - completley substandard to what we were paying and required to pay the entire fee upon exit. No compensation for 1 night was granted. |

Absolutely quiet within the hotel and room and the location of the hotel. We had a nice view from the window. The breakfast was very varied and plentiful, very good. The staff could smile more and be more friendly. The bar was a bit quiet in the evening. |

It was very nice, clean room. I was very suprised with the wonderful service, delicious breakfast, good parking infront. It is in a very nice part of Vinius city, only the street was a little noisy at night. Great deal for your money. |

Friendly atmosphere. Efficient lifts. Good at booking taxis. Breakfast menu was a bit limited - e.g. no bran in cereal choices; no green tea. |

Great location with cheap price, internet connection both at the reception and in the room, extraordinarily lots of local food in the breakfast. Sauna is nice but not worth the extra price. |

Covenient location, free parking at back of the hotel and the young desk staff were helpful and eager to help. I really commend the desk staff because they were cheerful, polite and went out of their way truly helpful No but I think that the hallway and bedroom carpets could be better cleaned- they looked a little shabby but it did not affect my enjoyment |
