Location - good for Old Town and views of river Upon arrival I was allocated a very small room at the back of the Hotel which smelt of smoke. My friend was allocated a much superior room, larger and better furnished with river views. We paid the same price and I felt my room was not acceptable. I had to be extremely firm in order to have my room changed, and even then I would say the room was inadequate rather than acceptable. All in all, very dissapointing knowing people who have paid the same price have superior rooms. |

Size of room, this time all staff were nice and polite, free car parking. TV carries long variety of programs There are different size of rooms, so when you are booking a room you never now what you get. Compared to years ago, breakfast is really poor, but not worst nowadays in Vilnius. Double bed is actually 2 bed located side-by-side, so be aware of that. Free wireless internet is not in all rooms |

I booked a double room but was given a twin room and when complained the reception staff did not have a clue what to do. However, transferred me to a nearby Holiday Inn and had a pleasant stay there. I rate this hotel not a 4 star but a 2 star basic accommodation and average. Reception staff very poor ... especially the one with the blonde hair do not have a clue what to do when confronted with a problem. Better to have some training in problem solving skills |

the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Good location to Old Town I was mislead to believe that the laundering of our clothes by the Hotel was free of charge. A 350 litas charge appeared on my bill at checkout. |

Initially we were placed in a double suite which was very nice. Unfortunately there was a leak in the ceiling the second night about midnight. There were no rooms other then the presidential suite to sleep in that evening. Unfortunately, we both were at conference or other businesses the next day we woke from the "presidential suite" after 7 hours of sleep and when we returned at about 4-5 pm we were told that we had overstayed our time there and that we had to move immediately. This was a third move and an inconvenience to us since we both had very busy agendas an. We were told if we stayed any longer that we would have to pay the difference in charges for upgrades. Staff had forgotten the inconvenience in this situation and not instructed to compensate otherwise. We were put up now which I call the "servant's quarters" - completley substandard to what we were paying and required to pay the entire fee upon exit. No compensation for 1 night was granted. |

Absolutely quiet within the hotel and room and the location of the hotel. We had a nice view from the window. The breakfast was very varied and plentiful, very good. The staff could smile more and be more friendly. The bar was a bit quiet in the evening. |
