Location only. The room that I was staying in was noisy due to the noise coming from the street. I closed the window but it wasn't helpful at all. Also, breakfast wasn't good. Not so much choice.

quite good breakfast, good location, good see from window. this is not **** Hotel. Small rooms, bad TV signal, quite small WC.in my mind you can find more interesting solution in Vilnius for this money. On pictures rooms seemed more cozy and intersting that it is.

Hotel is very clean, with friendly staff. Price was good (45Eur per night) for a 4 star hotel. I liked the hotel, so I booked an extra 3 nights later during the week. 1. Breakfast could be better. 2. Hotel felt a bit cold... but outside was below -20C! 3. Taxi to the hotel should have charged me 35 Ltl when in charged me 50 Ltl! It was pre booked from the hotel, and paid at the hotel. Many taxi drivers cheat in Vilnius, so beware!

Good location - close to city center; Excellent and luxury room; Comfort double bed without table at the end of the legs; Professional English speaking hotel staff; Good I-net connection in the room, in the Restaurant; Parking place is not guaranteed and not covered although it is secured. If the hotel is full there will be not enough place for all cars!

The only good thing was the attentive/ good check-n service at 03:00 hr on Mon 12th Dec 2011......very smooth, I thankyou for that. The single bed was a little small, and clat to the wall, but the shower was good. During the early morning of 12th Dec, day of check in I consumed, what I thought to have been a 'complimentary,(free to use)' basket, on the desk... That icluded: 1. Peanuts 2.Chips 3. Small Orange juice........however: On closer look, there was apparantly a tarrif (price), for the consumption of these 'basket items. At that moment I was 'about to consume,'a small plastic bottle of warm drinking water: I opened the top, but did not drink it, because normally, 'all-around-the-World,' in hotels, such things...left in a basket..on top of a table, 'at-check-in,' are free of charge? I was dismayed at check out 11:50 a.m, to not only be charged for 1, 2 & 3, as above (peanuts, chips, and orange), but also 'THE WATER,' which I did'nt drink. When the 'concierge, tried to charge me for the water, (in addition to the 1,2.3), an argument occured between myself and staff...I withdrew my 'visa-card,' from your machine in protest, 'over the WATER.........Firstly can i say NOW that 'NORMALLY,' in other, 'chain-hotels,' a 'basket that is left, is nearly always complimentary/ free? Secondly, if items are left on the top of the desk, 'how can they be assumed to be part of 'the-mini-bar,' which is actually a fridge! These items charged 'high-priced for, were not in any fridge? But then to argue about, the non-consumption of water, is very 'mean? Sorry but I will not 'recommend the Congress to anyone, after that 'check-out,' issue? Yours Mr Simpson

Great location, good and tasty breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff! Tv programs very good! View from the window was excellent! Clean and modern bathroom! Single room was really small, but enough for me. Room really dark, but there was a lamp, so I could read easily;) I would recommend this hotel for short stay, for those who is in Vilnius on business or having a sightseeing trip there! I thought sauna would be free for all visitors... I was wrong, it's 50 lt per person for an hour.. Only luxe rooms visitors are allowed there free...(
