the staff were very good, attentive, polite and they spoke very good english the sauna facility was great but thought to be a little expensive nice tv

the room was not great it was, as was moderately clean, it was a very strange shape as the bed was at a funny angle which limited moving around space, and the bedding was split in 2 ie 2 x single duvets (very small) instead of a double duvet to cover the whole bed which made it very uncomfortable

The hotel was perfectly located, easy to access. Normal conditions - clean, warm, all that one can expect from this hotel. The restaurant served a la carte dinner also late at night, the meals were delicious, extremely tasty were all salads, cold and hot ones. Free parking in backyard is additional value. Wifi connection in all our rooms was perfect and truly fast.

The breakfast could be improved - just to examine all other 4-star hotel breakfasts and by that expertise to be improved their.

Good location, near National Operas theatre and central street, not far from Old town.Varied buffet breakfast. Kind and helpful restaurant staff.

608Th room, where we live, was in the attic, very small, with very low, arched ceiling shaded, the size of which does not describe the noise during electrical distribution, whistle water tap, outside, right next to the window was a large pipe through which the steam went out all the time. Iastaba had extra pillow and blanket and will not be topped toiletries (shampoo and body gel). Front administrator was very polite but unresponsive, conceals us, promise to change the room, but did not change, apparently forgotten. The hotel good, but I do not want to live in it anymore. :)

excellent room with balcony over looking the river, great location for accessing old town, staff on reception 24/7 and more than happy to help with any query or issues we had and breakfast was excellent value for money

- The rooms are dated. Rusian style 1960. Small Television that is at least 10 years old. - Breackfast is tasteless -Hotel should be modernised.

The staff was very friendly. Very good location. There is the free parking in the back yard and free wi-fi, which works pretty good.

The hotel looks like something between *** and **** level inside. Poor looking reception, room equipment also doesn't look like ****.

I stayed at the hotel two times and in each case ordered superior room. The first time it was great - a big wardrobe, two rooms, several chairs, a sofa, an armchair, a tea table, two more tables, bath, in other words excellent. The second time I booked superior room again, however this time there was nothing superior about it - very small room, just one chair and no more furniture for sitting, though the room is intended for two people, a very small wardrobe, NO SAFE, no bath, etc

Poor WiFi signal inside the room - there is no possibility to connect to Internet. Tv is very old (a crappy) and only few programs can be shown. Floor carpet quite old.

Location. Just few mins walk to all the restaurants, main street Gedemino Prospektas, also shopping center near by Europa and Radisson Blue Sky Bar, opera house, etc Views from the balcony

The room had 2 beds pushed together, when we specifically asked for double bed. I requested for the room with safety deposit box, but once we arrived there was none in the room only downstairs in the lobby. Also when we walked in took the hotel staff to switch on the lights in the room - broken. Toilet brush was filthy... breakfast was ok very continental, not irish or english selection...and finished sharp at 10;30 - empty tables, they don't even let you finish your breakfast, just clear everything around you.

reception is very efficient as they lended me an umbrella (waow) and the location is close to the old town.

the size of their single rooms is absolutely made for dwarves. the size of the tv set is gigantic (understand that it's not a flat screen, but an 90's format, ie like big with frozen channels meaning you can't watch tv like any guy in any normal room) the size of the bed is absolutely irrelevant and for two nights I felt like a teenager in my small bed. I could hear my neighbour snoring, what a chance. I couldn't take a quick breakfast within 5 minutes, you have to order it the previous night so that you can have the chance to have cucumber,tomato, ham, cheese on dry bread.

1) the sauna which was promissed before, did'n t work all thre days when we stayed there. 2) in the number of our children in the bathroom was the cold water in the bath. 3) the light in the number was very poor
