Room comfort and quality. Professional staff. Some of the food good s(ee comments on dislikes) Hot breakfast food was not hot (barely warm). Hot food obviously prepared for start of service was still there at the latter part and as such was dried and visually off-putting. Suggest that food should not only be check for replenishing but also to ensure that what is left is fresh. Anything that is not fresh should be either removed and replaced or the guest being given the option to order fresh if not available. |

Well located very near the heart of the main Old City tourist and shopping areas. Not ultra deluxe but clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast buffet included. An excellent value. |

We felt welcome during our stay The water was cold most of the time and the room was incredibly cold, also the communication between the reception and restaurant didnt work |

Location was reasonable Breakfast was absolutely discraceful, with staff having no interest. Hot food was cold and generally not replenished. I would never stay at the hotel again as this aspect of customer service was so bad!! |

Bra mat o service Att man tar betalt för pay tv utan att man godkänt,då kan man lika gärna ta bort möjligheten.man borde kunna ha en tidning på engelska på ett 4 star hotell. |

Отличное расположение, чистые комнаты, хороший душ, вежливый персонал. Не очень понравился завтрак, так как был небольшой ассортимент. Почти все закончилось, но ничего не вынесли на стол: наверно они ждали, когда все блюда полностью опустеют. Тем не менее, это хороший отель, в котором с удовольствием остановлюсь еще раз. |

Hotel w porządku prawie pod każdym względem, a szczególnie bliskość Starego Miasta. Dookoła hotelu znajdują się paskudne, zaniedbane kamienice, często ruiny, które psują trochę klimat i wizerunek hotelu. Zaznaczam, że sam hotel jest bardzo dobry. |

Ystävällinen palvelu ja yleinen siisteys. Saunan ja kuntosalin ilmaisuus on harhaanjohtavaa nettisivuilla, ne eivät ole kaikille ilmaisia. Aamupala saattoi loppua kesken. |

Oikein ystävällinen henkilökunta, siistit, tyylikkäät tilat Yläkerroksesta (5. kerroksessa on vain muutama huone, olin 4. kerroksessa) netissä luvattua hienoa näköalaa yli vanhan kaupungin ei ollut, eikä hotelli myöskään ole korkealla kukkulalla, kuten netissä sanotaan. |
