Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location just in the center of the city but yet very calm - next to central church and the lake. Close to all entertainments of the city. The cost is little bit high but yet seems to be ok compare with other choices. |

Отель очень хороший. Персонал отзывчивый и очень доброжелательный. Местоположение просто шикарное. Завтрак был настолько вкусен и обилен, что все съесть просто нереально. |

Jeśli ktoś zamierza odwiedzić Litwę to proponuje od Durskininkai. Naprawdę warto spędzić tam chociaż jeden dzień z noclegiem w hotelu CREDO. Usytuowany na pięknie ukwieconym bulwarze, którym po krótkim spacerze dojdziemy do nowoczesnego AQUAPARKU. To co zachwyca w tym hotelu to czystość w pokojach i świetna funkcjonalność. Obsługa bardzo miła. Szczególnie kelnerka ,która mówi dobrze po rosyjsku. Nam udzieliła wielu przydatnych rad z niekłamaną życzliwością(myślę,że powinna pracować na recepcji). Właście to również miła postać,mówi dobrze po polsku. Hotel godny polecenia!! |

Doskonale położony, w pięknym otoczeniu, z miłą i profesjonalną obsługą, a także dobrą kuchnią. Personel chętny do komunikowania się w kilku językach. Jedynie brak dżemu na śniadanie. |

Ładnie odnowione, urządzone i utrzymane pokoje, było czysto i schludnie. Hotel położony w centrum miasta skąd jest wszędzie blisko. Miła obsługa z którą można bez problemu się porozumieć w języku polskim bądź rosyjskim. Sniadania w formie bufetu mogły być bardziej urozmaicone. Pokoje mogły by być wyposarzone w czajnik elektryczny. |

Nowy hotel i nowe dobre wyposażenie, miły personel, właściciel też mówi po polsku, dobre położenie, w spokojnym miejscu, a jednoczesnie w centrum miasta, blisko do miejsc rekreacji i wypoczynku. Śniadanie mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone; obsługa słabo mówi po angielsku. |
