I have to be honest, the service was extremely poor for a five star hotel. We arraived late from the airport at 11.15am and was told we could not get any food at all. It was suggested we order in a pizza! So we did with some surpirse and it arrive two hours later! The breakfast was extemely poor with service even poorer if that is possible. On the website, I thought that it was written that the hotel was only 10 minutes from the centre. 10 min by car then, not by foot |

En mistään. Valitsimme hotellin 5 tähden perusteella sekä sen perusteella, että siellä piti olla uima-allas. Hotelli ei vastannut 5 tähteä eikä uima-allasosasto ollut käytössä. Tästä ei kuitenkaan ollut sivuilla mitään mainintaa. Emme olisi tulleet hotelliin, jos tämä olisi ollut tiedossa. |
