Hotel Daniela is ideally located in the center of the town between the Acropolis mall and the main pedestrian presinct of Kaunas that leads to the magnificent old-town. In a cosy restaurant extremely good-food is served at unexpectedly low prices. The young lady in charge of the restaurant must be proud of the job she does. Employee's ability to communicate in English could use some imrovement. |

One (German speaking) receptionist was exceptionally kind and attentive. Role model for the others. 1 bottle of water should be free, because that is standard. At Daniela's it was 12 Li for the bottle next to your bed. Also, there should be different smaller chocolate snacks inside the fridge. One bar of chocolate is too big. Actually, some fruit would be the best. For breakfast, there should be a coffe/tea with an option for refill. That is standard elsewhere. |

the staff were very friendly. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the hotel was very clean and comfortable. we very much enjoyed our stay there. we also liked the location; it was very convenient. thank you! we were disappointed that the swimming pool was out of service; that was one of the things that was particularly appealing about the hotel from what we could see on the internet.. |

Smiling face of the hotel personnel According to the documents in the hotel room, hotel customers can eat 15% cheaper at the hotel restaurant. But, they did not apply this rule when I am checking out. I thought it was by mistake. |
