Staff friendly, food good, rooms very comfortable, central location, excellent value for money. Hotel needs to pay more attention to detail to be properly regarded as a 4 star hotel.

Fairly central, clean and comfortable. At breakfast the coffee was cold, hot water for tea was cold, tables weren't set, only a two slice toaster for every one to use.

This was our second time in Kaunas.Last summer we stayed in Old Town, which was just nice for summertime. Now, in winter, we wanted to stay more near the shopping and culture sites. Actually, we got also tickets for the music house - price for five euros! - We warmly recommend this small but very friendly city to anyone... In hotel we met most friendly personnel -- Go There!!! Nothing to complain

Location is excellent, big room, nice very clean bathroom. It's a nice hotel for business travelers, but it has some bad point as well When I arrived on check in time: I wasn't inform about swimming pool, gym, b/fast and internet (cause you need a spec code for it). Breakfast was bad.I mean no waiter service (it's 4 star hotel) dirty table next to me,selction of food very poor, hadn't see any fresh pastry at all in my 4 night stay, no fruit salad, segments... I did not like an idea to call to reception and ask for internet password.. Also inside the room was coffe maker but I could not find any coffee. Tea only.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and very spacious, the Breakfast was good, Location was good for the main high street and the Akropolis Shopping Centre. A bit of a distance from the Old Town but I just got taxis' whcih were conveniently parked outside the hotel. So on the whole excellent hotel for the price.

Everything as per requirements. Hotel rooms are quite comfortable & spacious. Cleanliness everyday. Break-fast was good and non- stop internet. Elevator was not working and it was not repaired in 2-3 days. May be labor shortage in Kaunas :)

Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Everyone made us feel welcome. I stay at 4 & 5 hotels a lot and this one needs refurb (to my opinion). Interior feels and looks tired.

We slept well, no disturbing noise at nights. Breakfast was good and at right time. The busstops too far away. Our room was not the bigger one that we ordered and paid for but it was comfortable anyway...

It's in a city center close to the pedestrian Laisves street and Akropolis shopping center. It was a major disappointment as Daniela hotel had a good name when it opened several years ago and especially because the expectations were high due to their 4 star status. However inside the surroundings looked quite outdated and the look of the bed linen didn't invite to use it at all. It was hot but was impossible to leave the air conditioning on while not in the room. During two days that I stayed there nobody came to clean the room. The breakfast was very basic. Since it's on a quite busy street, the noise of traffic wakes you up early if you have windows facing the street. There are better 3 star hotels in Kaunas!

хороший отель в центре города. 5 мин пешком до тц"акрополис" и до жальгерис- арены. мы приезжали на концерт - поэтому месторасположение отеля было решающим фактором. 5 мин до пешеходной аллеи, до старого города иди 15- 20 мин. в целом все понравилось, просторные номера, отличный завтрак, не смотря на межсезонье. хороший ресторанчик на 1 этаже (паб), для постояльцев отеля скидка на меню 15%. в номерах тепло, удобные кровати.

Нам понравилось все - мы брали двухместный номер Делюкс. В номере было очень тепло, в ванной полы с подогревом, в номере два(!) туалета, сам номер достаточно комфортный и просторный. Есть принадлежности для чая/кофе, есть тапочки, халаты, зубная щетка и даже набор для бритья. Персонал разговаривает по-русски и всячески идет на контакт. Было очень приятно там остановиться. Рядом находится Акрополь и пешеходная улица Лайсвес. В общем, нас все устроило, с удовольствием остановимся там снова.

Todella siisti hotelli pääkadun varrella, kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Hinta-laatu-suhde ainakin näin talvella oli todella loistava, hotelli ja huoneet olivat puhtaat ja miellyttävät. Aamiainen kuului hintaan ja oli toimiva, lisäksi huoneen check-outtia sai pidentää parilla tunnilla ilman lisäkustannuksia. Hotellista löytyy sauna ja uima-allas, mutta niitä vuokrataan vain tuntihinnalla, joka kahdelle henkilölle olisi tullut hivenen hintavaksi, ryhmällehän se ei ongelma olisi.

Duse vanduo subego letai Kodel mokama automobiliu aikstele, suvokem pamate jos dydi, tai maza beda :) Gal tereikejo paprasyti, bet kai atvyksta du zmones, gal patogiau duoti du raktus, kad vienam isejus, kitas galetu ziureti tv ir uzmigti ramiai, nelaukdamas, kada duris reikes atidaryti. останавливались с мужем на 1 ночь. Отель очень понравился. Большой и чистый номер, полный минибар (за доп.плату, но цены не высокие), 5 русских каналов, ванная комната тоже большая, сантехника новая, пол с подогревом. Мы были в 20 градусный мороз, в номере очень тепло и тихо(для Литвы это большая редкость). Стоянка бесплатная. Завтраки очень хорошие. В Ресторане так же можно и пообедать и поужинать, цены приемлемые. Находится в самом центре города и для прогулок и для шопинга очень удобно. Персонал говорит на русском, в общем впечатление только хорошее.
