It is very conveniently situated in the old town, close to business needs and beautifully run. Good sized rooms, clean, nice staff. I have visited about 4 times and will always visit when I come to Kaunas. On previous stay children were allowed to play piano (very badly) at 11pm after a wedding party which kept me awake. It was annoying and should not have been permitted. I eventually called to ask reception to stop them.

Nice big rooms. Good breakfast. Airport trasports worked well. Very quiet. Good bed. In the old city, but quite long distance from the shopping center. In the breakfast there were just a litle per each dish, e.g. 4 pan cakes etc. This is of course good from food refreshnes perspective, but during our two breakfasts in the hotel we had to several times wait for additions as the food was run out.

The front desk staff was superb. They were very accommodating as far as making reservations for us at a few events. Our limited knowledge of the Lithuanian language was not a hindrance to communication and all requests were handled immediately. Hotel is very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel is situated one building from the riverfront.

Excellent location Friendly helpful staff Very nice breakfast selection Free internet in reception Nice public rooms The following are small points but nevertheless I think worth mentioning We had to ask more than once for another pillow 2 days running we were not left any bathroom toiletries The breakfast 'hot selection' was not hot!

Charming hotel without overdoing it - a pleasant surprise to any visitor and foreign tourist. Hotel design architecture in full balance with the cosy old town venue reflecting good taste. The room I stayed in was a little disappoiinting. Please consider upgrade of television - channels as well as going to quality flatscreens.

Internet was available and free. I was able to work comfortably from my room. The breakfast was included in room rate and was very good. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the lighting was poor. The room could either use more lamps or brighter bulbs.

“Pre-arrival I was enormously assisted by Inga who ensured that my partner and I would have the best room available, the room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very beautiful and unlike other well known hotels in Kaunas we actually had coffee and tea in the room. The room service and food was excellent, all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. As soon as you walk in the door you are made to feel very welcome, it was a little like walking into your parents house on Christmas morning especially n January with the snow.
