Quality of room and facilities

We arrived around midnight and wanted a snack and some drink.We did not wish to go back into town as this would involve taxi. Despite the bar being open we were refused entry as there was a function on we were informed it was closed.NOT What I would expect when staying at the hotel. We informed the receptionist the following day but his attitude was one of "what do you want me to do about it"

Very cosy and very cloas to a park where I can go fo joging.

There was not big choice for the breakfest.

Excellent room.

Locked out of hotel when I returned late. Took 20 minutes to attract attention of night porter to let me in. Sauna not available. Limited breakfast choice.

The hotel is located next to the forest and Neris River. It is very nice to go for joging in the morning.

The breakfest was poor.

ask for and booked 1 big bed, got 2 singles, power cut , took ages to find with taxi as no one had heard of hotel

Rom, ro, grei utsikt. Spaopplegg - Vi koste oss skikkelig mye der - og likte veldig godt at vi kunne bestille og ha det for oss selv. Det var ro inne og ute - behagelig. Rommene var fine, passe store og nyopp-pusset.

Betjeningen kan oppdatere seg bedre på hva byen har å tilby. De bør bare kontakte og bruke de beste drosjeselskapene. Litt mer variasjon på brødet til frokosten (flere valg). Plassere åpent mer info om det flotte spaopplegget - med greie priser.

Rauhallinen hotelli, niin sijainniltaan kuin vieraiden osalta.

Henkilökunta ei kovin hyvin osannut englantia, mutta olivat kuitenkin palveluhenkisiä. Aamupalalla vain kaksi tarjoilijaa, toinen tarjoili ainoastaan kahvit ja teet, toinen täydensi aamupalapöytää, josta oli useasti loppu monet asiat. Lautaset, leivät jne. Kuitenkin palvelivat ja toimittavat loppuneet tuotteet, mutta jonkin aikaa sai odotella.

La camera, molto pulita e spaziosa.

La colazione è stata assai misera, inoltre I servzi quali sauna e bagno turco erano a pagamento, con tariffe piuttosto alte.

Siisteys ja puhtaus, sai pitää huoneen lähtöpäivänä iltaan asti kunnes lento lähti.

Ruokaravintola voisi olla pidempään auki.
