Pokój i czystość, otoczenie, blikość do Aqua Parku Obsługa markotna jak w zakładzie pogrzebowym, chowała się przed klientami, na śniadaniu brakowało jedzenia - obsługa uciekała na widok kolejnych gości wchodzących na śniadanie, spa i bowling zamkniete - nie wiadomo dlaczego?? słabe jedzenie z restauracji (zamkniętej, podawane w barze....), zaproponowano nam ładny pokój, ale wielkości szafy - po prośbie o ofertę innych pokoi o wyższym standardzie dostaliśmy pokój 8 razy większy za tę samą cenę. |

Intersujacy byl styl hotelu I okolica. Zamawiajac hotel przez booking.com otrzymalam potwierdzenie rezerwacji ,gdzie podano cene w EURO.Nie bylo jednak mozliwosci zaplaty w innej walucie niz LITY!!!!Taka informacja powinna dotrzec do zamawiajacych na wstepie.Jezdze po Europie z psem ,jednak nigdy nie zdarzylo sie ,aby hotel zadal ode mnie oddzielnego podpisu gwarantujacego odpowiedzialnosc za wyrzadzone szkody przez psa!Korzystam z dobrych hoteli od wielu lat ,czegos podobnego nie spotkalam .Na moja prosbe o tzw.odbior pokoju, wyznaczono personel-osoby sprzatajace,sprawdzily stan w jakim zostawiam pokoj.Oczekiwalam ze strony hotelu pisemnego potwierdzenia w kwestii pozostawionego przeze mnie pokoju,jednak odmowiono mi ,twierdzac ,ze nie moga pisemnie tego zrobic.Mnie nie zaufano |

La chambre. Les chambres "luxe" de la partie ancienne sont belles avec une terrasse très agréable.Le SPA ailleurs qu'à l'hôtel... Le service semblait au ralenti, alors que nous étions dans la deuxième quizaine de juillet. Chaque fis que nous demandions quelque chose - SPa dans l'hôtel, restaurant, il était justement fermé. Nous sommes restés deux jours, dimanche et lundi, la même chose s'est reproduite. |
