We spent a 3 days weekend and was all fine. We also had once lunch and was really nice and value for money. The hotel have its own mini bus. 55Lati instead to 70 Lati of a taxi to the airport. Is value for money as I did not like much the Vilnius taxi drivers.

The main thing we liked was location of the hotel. It was nice to see how friendly and helpful was administrator. Check-out was very quick. Staying in room was a bit complicated because everything and everybody could be heared.

It was easy to get a room (I mean there were a lot of free ones and I had an ability to choose the one I like more). Also there are very friendly receptionists, who understood russian and explained everything in a good way. And of course the location of the hotel is great, too!

- Very clean, quiet and confortable room - Gym and sauna available - Location next to a bus stop with many buses going downtown or 15mins walk to the center - Be careful with the fridge inside your room: the minibar inside is of course at your own cost if you drink something from it and the prices are not really nice ! (No mention of it was done to us so we realized afterwards that it was not included in the room price)

I did like it's location, and the way staff worked. I was all-in-all clean, and had a good parking lot. Free Wi-Fi is available only at the 2nd floor hall and in the ground floor bar. However, if paid you can have it in the room. The speed is extremely low.

The location was handy to where we wanted to be and we could walk to the old city and other attractions with out too much trouble. The room was a good size and beds very comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us an excellent one. Breakfast was good but more whole grain breads would be nice. We didn't like the way we had to walk and drive through a series of parking lots etc to get to the hotel. It was very hard to come back to the hotel and find the right stop on the trolley bus as the hotel cannot be seen from the street!! Also the name facing the street is a different one to the one we knew it as 'Hotel Europa City Vilnius'. Why does it have '2' names on the same hotel??? Very confusing.

I really liked the staff who were really nice and helfpful. The location is good, the room was very clean and breakfast was substantional. What's more, the hotel offers reasonable prices.

They should inform better the prices of the elements that are not included in the Price of the room. I used the Suan as nothing was informed that was not included in the price of the room and I was said I had to pay for it in the moment I pay for the room. Not fair.

I never seen such unfriendly staff. the girls who worked in the resturant didnt know how to smile or talk to guests. They need a coarse in human manners. i would not recommend this hotel due to their ignorance

Good quality-price ratio. Nice hotel with polite staff and good meal for breakfast. It's a little far from old town, but there are trolleys (N7 goes from the train station). I can recommend you to stay there.
