Very nice staff, clean room and good breakfast

A little noisy, wifi internet not free, cost 3.50 EUR

City centre location. Generally clean and basic facilities.Staff courteous and facilitating.

I booked a double room but was offered a twin. Hotel changed to a double but only room available was a smoking room. In fairness you would not have known but my original booking should have been made available Very, very slow service at evening meal. Free WiFi advertised in hotel rooms on websites but hotel charge a fee. There should be a closing time for fitness centre and doors locked.Late night fitness fanatics on floor above your room do not facilitate sleeping.

The location of the hotel is easy to find travelling by car, it also has a convenient free of charge parking on site. There is also a modern gym at last floor of the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient but not for highly allergic individuals or people keeping a diet, because of mostly it was pastry and eggs.

I was asked to pay the bill in advance. It was annoying. Unpleasant view out of the window. Bed linen were clean but old with holes. It seemed the hotel is often used as a transit hotel for tourist groups travelling via Vilnius and staying at the hotel for only 1 night.

We booked double room and we got one bed with just one bedding. We were surprised. In addition, pillows were very long, narrow and very hard.

Really nice hotel, the location was pretty good since it was close to the main shopping street which took you directly to the old town. The rooms were also really nice & clean and the breakfast they served was really good.

WLAN did not work by default, I guess they charged some hourly rates for it, it would've been nice if it would've been included in the price

I believe the hotel is too expensive for what it is. There are better options in Vilnius for a better value for money.

The hotel loby is very loudy. Music playing constantly and one starts to believe that they would preffer be a disco rather then a hotel. The noise is such that it become really embarrsing to either receive business partners at the lobby or even trying to talk on your mobile. Receptionist receive their friends as the hotel would be their home.

Sijainti ja palvelu olivat oikein hyvät ja hotelli kokonaisuutena siisti. Kaikkiaan olin hotelliin oikein tyytyväinen.

Pari pientä yksityiskohtaa: vuoteiden tyynyt olivat kovat ja erittäin korkeat. Lisäksi ilmastointisysteemi oli meluisa ja sitä ei saanut itse säädettyä pois päältä.

Betjenig i bar å servering burde hatt ett kurs i kundebehandling. Alt for lite personale når store grupper skal serverses.Dette går utover andre gjester som skal spise på hotellet som blir fullstendig til side satt. Vi opplevde å måtte vente i 45min. før vi i det hele tatt fikk ett menykart å se hva hottellet hadde å by på av mat. Ga oss tilkjenne flere ganger at vi satt der å ventet å måtte vente nye 35min for å få maten på bordet.Når denne kom så var den heller ikke noen høydare. Så det ble med det ene måltidet for oss. Flere reagerte på at etter kl.21.30 var det umulig å få en matbit der med beskjed om at kjøkken var stengt dette er dårlig når resturant har åpent til kl.23.00
