Very nice staff in the reception, very good dinner in the restaurant. Spacy room.

Internet not always avaiable in the room, on and off. You should improve on this, net connection more and more important for guests, not only business guests. . Variety of food at breakfast could have been better.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They met every demand with a smile and a result/answer. The location was superb. In the beginning of the old town with bars and shops litterary two steps from the doorsteps of the hotel. The room was big, cosey and clean. Exellent!

Lovely, quiet part of the Old City. The hotel is an old-world elegance with modern facilities. The breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly.

Liked everything ideal for city break, good location in walking distance of attractions staff very helpfull would recomend.

No coffee or tea facility in rooms which being from england we like. No money exchange in hotel apart from that everything great

The room we were given was very poor, small and with steel girder in the way, also 2single beds, very old tv, the room was out the way, more like staff quarters, We checked out to a different hotel,,

Location is good, in the old city, 100 m from the Town Hall and the square. The staff is friendly.

Reserved parking is the backyard, there was no place so we had to leave the car key at the reception. No breakfast, only available in the room for additional money. Twin room instead of the double. The hotel building is not maintained properly, it has a bit decayed appearance.

The only drawback: the ugly clogged sink, number 404, and the problem seems to exist is not the first day. I was not very upset, I came to rest, and do not wash!

The location is excellent. The rooms with terraces offer nice views.

The staff were quite grumpy and we had to ask various questions rather than being told (eg. wifi, breakfast etc). The hotel looks a little tired for a 4* hotel now and could do with a bit of refreshing.

The hotel arranged a taxi to us back to the airport on the sunday morning. The cost from the airport to the hotel was 35 litas while the taxi booked by the hotel was 75 litas. I expect that the hotel would only use an honest and reputable taxi company. I e-mailed the hotel when I got home about this rip off but they did not even reply to my mail. a dissapointing end to the holiday.

Room was looking a bit tired, the sink was broken, the tables had dents and scratches on, the TV remote didn't work.

The staff were very helpful when told about lack of heat-supplied heater; wi-fi didn't work- supplied computer.

Offered discount on restaurant but restaurant reserved; not a big issue.

the hotel is in a very central location, just next to the gate of dawn and amongst lovely historical buildings and churches. we were given a most wonderful room on the top with the most phantastic rooftop views from the balcony. room service is possible, so that you can have a romantic dinner evening on the balcony. it's really brilliant. the hotel staff are all very professional, friendly, helpful and speak english or alternatively german or russian. we can recommend this hotel particularly to couples or business travellers.

the breakfast was a bit disappointing, since there were not enough traditional lithuanian things on the buffet and presentation was very mediocre for a hotel of this price category. coffee was only self service from a thermos container and it was not possible to order food from the kitchen, like made to order eggs. there were only 2 real lithuanian breakfast components: blyny and salmon, they were of excellent quality. we did not appreciate that only processed meats and cheeses where on offer, while lithuania has some of the best dairy and meat products in europe, which are, by the way, available in the market just 5 minutes away. the bread was very good but italian and french style, there was no lithuanian bread. in this context we were even more surprised to get italian butter in tiny silver packs for breakfast, why bring butter all the long way up from italy, what about carbon print ? lithuania is an agricultural country with top produce. visitors would like to try lithuanian products. more traditional lithuanian dishes for breakfast and on the restaurant menu in the evening would definitely be desirable. why always fake italian if the country's home cuisine is brilliant ? the restaurant closes at 10 and then there are only small snacks in the foyer till 12. after 12 the whole place shuts down for a good nights sleep. a bit early in our opinion.

The location is in a quiet street in the Old Town, at the same time as being in the heart of the Old Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are comfortable, and there is a quiet elegance to the decor.

The staff is wonderful and enthusiastic to help guest. The hotel and restaurant are historical site with a very beautiful exterior. The location is near many popular sight, is a very wonderful hotel to stay.

The facility is a little old and some facility is out of order and need to fix.In my room, the toilet's water keep running but they can't fix the problem.

Very big room in the first floor. Top location. Very good - but also very touristic - restaurant.

Access to the room through narrow stairs and not very inviting. Will be a problem for older people. Room had windows to the garden. It could be loud if the garden is crowded. The tap of the bathtube was broken. Construction work in the hotel at 6.30. After intervention at the reception they stopped it.

A friendly welcome and service...twin room size adequate and comfortable. Whilst traditional it is informal and has great atmosphere. Very good breakfast... outside restaurant in the evening was also very good.

Starting to look a little worn in places but not detrimental to our stay.
