Przyjazna atmosfera i dobre wyposażenie pokoju, Personel hotelu jest uprzejmy i na usługi gości. Hotel usytuowany jest w bardzo dobrym punkcie na Starym Mieście, skąd mozna robic wycieczki w celu zwiedzania miasta. I bardzo ważne, hotel posiada parking. |

The location in the center of the old part of Vilnius, opposite to Philharmonia is very convenient - all within walk distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and all services were delivered correctly. The only compliant is not really part of the hotel services - the noise coming from the street around 4 a.m. during weekend and waking me up. |

The waitress/server during breakfast was very friendly and helpful. She was pleasant and always smiling. Speaking of breakfast, it was excellent! better climate control in the rooms, during check in, reception desk should orient the guest to the city a bit better. |

It was right in the middle of "Old Town" with lots of shops, good restaurants and everything within walking distance. The air conditioner did not work too well in our 4th floor room. It faced west so the afternoon sun heated up the room. We left the window open while we were away and the curtains closed which took care of the problem |

The hotel is in a great location, middle of the old city and within walking area which is great. Room was smaller, no drawers, only a wardrobe with few shelves. Breakfast was good and ample. Size of room was quite small. |

Unfortunately, I could not tell something positive about the hotel. First of all this hotel's arhitecture is not fit to get 4 stars. Long, tiny koridors and out of standart stairs... First of all when I arrived the hotel, they gave me a different room then I indicated at my resevation. All night I freezed at the room cause the broken heater and Finally the Hotel staff cheat me. There is something to say more? Certainly I'm not recommended. |
