Great location, almost everything was easy reachable by walk. The room was comfortable and very well designed, with individual control of heating & free internet. |

We were staying for a short business meeting there. Everything was great: Very lovely atmosphere in the hotel, comfortable meeting room with internet connection; good size of rooms. Staff were really helpful! A bit noisy surrounding (Old city and center of Vilnius), but actually it wasn't a problem at all - since the sound isolation is really very good.. |

An interesting building and comfortable, pretty room; The staff were very helpful and could give advice in English. The location is actually outside of the Old Town and my room overlooked a dual carriageway. Some travellers may wish to be closer to the centre of the Old Town. |

The room was too noisy as it was directly situated at an important road and at the railway line |

The central position and the ability to come and go as we pleased. The room was adequate but a little expensive. The 37 stairs to carry luggage up. |

Well located - just in the Ausro Varta. Receptionists very attentive. Good jacuzzi inside the bedroom (not in the bathroom). First day they offer a welcome champaigne. 40 stairs to reach the reception desk and the room. Nobody to help in carrying luggage. Stairs and carpet seem to belong to an ancient theather. Breakfast very poor served inside the apartment. The hotel itself seem to be a very ancient building (just 1 floor with 10 apartments). They charged us 40 litas for paying with credit card. We had to contest it to be reimbursed. |

Location of the hotel is good, close to the Old town, excellent wifi internet free of charge, free parking on the street, rooms are clean. Hotel asked to pay only in cash as their POS terminal was broken. TV channels are only in Lithuanian. |

how can something be postive if one is steadily confronted with the noise of the trains and the traffic. I felt I was cheated, if one pays 82 Euros for a bed with sheets that are too short and lying with your feet on the mattrass.breakfast was dreadful, 2 slices of supermaket bread, 2 slices of cheese and wurst. Marmalade was to be asked for. |

Excellent location just 100 yards outside the old town. Even though the entrance is on a busy street, the old building is very solid and inside you wouldn't know that there was a city out there. Would have been better if there had been coffee / tea making facilities, but otherwise, it was a comfortable well provided for place to stay. |

It was my second time at Florens, and better than I remember... they even remembered me and treated me like royalty. A great hotel, my room was very comfortable, and the staff is very efficient and helpful staff. I'll definitely stay there again when I return to Vilnius! |

Friendly staff. Room was not as great as described. Everything was just a little bit to cheap. Breakfast was brought to the room. Old bread and cold coffee is not my start of the day!!! Better pay 20-30 euro more and go to Astoria Radisson. Parking on the street is better than in the dark courtyard! |

only the bath! I asked for a quiet room but it was just by the entrance and people were passing with noisy boots so not that quiet. There was also a smell in the room. On the website you got the impression that it was more luxurious than it was; boutique hotel, the images, the fact that it was recently renovated/established. It was new so there weren't any reviews. B-fast was not great. |
