Nice place to stay and relax from city and people. Clean and nice staf who will look after your property, place where park a car...
No breakfast include (no problem with cofe in morning), have not ice box, tv chanels poor.
Spa bath. Wifi was good. Location - although it's on a corner with busy traffic, and the railway line and bright street lights - it is two-minutes from the famous "Gate" and the start of the "old town".
"Satellite" TV had 2 channels and neither were 24hour. Smallest flat screen I've ever seen. The bed cover was old and stained. Anonymous entry - once inside the front door there is no sign, no ambience, just 37 steep stairs to climb to the first floor where, once through the glass door, you will find a tiny desk in the hallway which constitutes the reception area. Once you have your room, you get a key to it, obviously, and a key to the "reception" and a key to the front door. Although the free coffee between 7am and 10.30am in the hallway is welcome - it isn't enough for the weary traveller.
Was not far from the old town Good size room Clean Jacuzzi bath
One evening there was no hot/warm water - only deadly cold The bed throw was covered with some unidentified stains (God knows what was going on there) Could hear transport in the early morning
+ good location next to main railway and bus stations + free wlan + good air conditioner + free espresso + cheap
- many stairs to get in
Close to the center
Altough it says there is free parking, they mean you can park on the street if you find a place. The rooms where direct to a railway, trains passing 24 hours a day. Also, next to a street with lots of traffic.
I try to talk with Ceo about refund and he said thats ok but later he change his mind and avoid me. Very unproffesional
Free coffee was good
The beds were very small and the room was old.
Very nice and helpful lady at the reception, free WiFi, good location, reasonable price. The room was ready before the check in time and the lady let us in earlier - free of charge.
They should repaint the walls in the room-old, unclean.
Location,comfortable, free internet, quiet, calm.
The shower door was broken. There was no mirror in the room.
Noise from the street/trains, small room
Very noisy, the hotel is right next to a main road and a railway.
We had no shower just a bath.
The location is not far from old town.
The pictures of the hotel makes your expectations high but when you arrive to the hotel you are getting dissapointed cause it's just one floor in an apertment and the rooms were not so clean. I will prefer to pay more and stay in a clean hotel and if I will visit Vilnius one more time.
Great location : 500 m from the gates to old town, normal price, building of 19th century
The smell in the stairs One of the receptionists was always talking loud through the Internet, even late at night
Location very near railway station, old town and all tourist attraction
- 5 min. by walk into the city centre
- our room does not compare with the pictures on booking page - no brakefast although written by bookings - no parking facilities - directly on the main street - completely derelict house
Good value for money. Handy location for the train station and the old town. Good hot water. Wifi worked well. Handy electric towel warmer in the bathroom to dry towels etc. even if the heating is off. I felt it was a safe and secure hotel even though the doors were plastic and thin.
Extremely noisy from the trains outside (the endless freight trains at night) as well as the traffic on the busy road. The rumbling vibrates right through this very solid formerly very grand old building. Not a boutique hotel really. 30 steps climb up to lobby in a musty smokey (though grand) staircase. The desk clerk talked very loudly on the phone or computer and as all the rooms are centered in the hall where his desk is you could here his voice as if he was in the room with you. He was glued to the computer the whole time I was there. He wasn't very professional and somewhat immature. He didn't even say hello when I arrived. Very thin doors and walls...you very easily can hear other guests talking, their TVs, and people entering and leaving the hotel.
