We stayed just for two nights. The most we like was a very helpfully staff and a very wide selection of meals for the breakfast The value for money is OK only for a short stay. Also the pool and sauna is open only a li limited period of time and closed in the evening when it's the most appropriateto use it |

The buffet breakfast was very good, also the people at the recption were very nice and helpfull That only we could use the pool from 8-11am, i thought we could use it the whole day, but they charge for it. |

calm- nature- location in the centre of Palanga Air conditioning was not working in the room. One of the light was not working. Room was sold as a "suite" but there was nearly nothing to sit on and it was more a ordinary room. Large balcony but no privacy towards other clients of hotel and no seats on balcony. No English speaking channels on TV. Poor quality breakfast. |

Reception staff was helpful and polite They couldn't turn off the heating in the hotel due to a fault so the room was intolerably hot!! Because the temprature outside was 22 degrees!! |

Good spa procedures, pool, saunas were ok, helpful staff. Staff serving breakfast and hotel decision to let sit hotel guests on yellow tables is disaster. |

Очень приятный и чистый отель. Даже не ожидали. Внимательный персонал. Большие номера, мягкие кровати. Завтрак по выбору небольшой, но такой вкусный!!!! Понравилось очень! Кондиционер работает централизованно, но в октябре это не страшно. Поставить сейф в каждом номере, мини бар был закрыт - не стали даже спрашивать ключ. А вот баню можно включать и заранее, т.к. мы пришли в спа в 9 утра, а баню только при нас включили и она была холодная. А ведь спа с 8 утра... Можно добавить халаты - но это необязательно. |

Standarden på hotellet, service, spavd. ,god beliggenhet i forhold til parker,. Sørge for at lokale minibusser passerer hotellet.Sørge for shuttle minibusser fra og til Palanga flyplassmanglet opplysninger og forslag til dglige utfluktermanglet muligheter til å veksle valuta på hotellet |

Angenehmes Ambiente, gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet, sauber und ruhig Es fehlte der Kühlschrank im Zimmer und die TV-Programme waren fest vorgegeben und erfüllten dadurch nicht unseren Informations-und Unterhaltungsbedarf. |

Großzügiges mittelgroßes und modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lage im Urlaubsort, günstiges Restaurant Sparsame Möblierung in großen Zimmern (kein Tisch/Sitzgruppe obwohl genügend Platz), keine Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs unzureichend (nur vormittags) |

günstig ereichbar am Rande der Stadt, Ruhig, großer Park daneben,dahinter die Ostsee mit traumhaftem Strand,sehr gutes Frühstück und auch Essen im Restaurant keine Touristenangebote, keinerlei dt. Info ! Sauna nur bis 11.00 Uhr ! |

Stor suite, rent og bra standard. Servicevennlige resepsjonister som snakket engelsk. Fikk sjekke inn kl 9 på morgenen, og beholde rommet til kl 18 avreisedag. Stille og rolig beliggenhet. Engelsktalende personale i restauranten. Mer internasjonal frokost og ferskt brød ! Bassenget åpent lenger enn til kl 11. |
