When we arrived they did not have our booking. We were informed of this very rudely, before it transpired they did have rooms and could accommodate us. During the rest of the stay, the staff (reception and restaurant) were always too busy chatting to each other, so service was not good.

Good pool and sports facilities,good restaurant and service,easy to find position,parking good and on main street near motorway but quiet The room was not equipped for two and had to get additional towels etc,room had a sour odour,Service in hotel was slow although not many guests,rooms on third floor,no lift,room booked was suite,but was just a large room,tv not adequate for price of room,only one english channel,not many others,lights did not all work,

Very nice pool facilities. Excellent room size. Very good food. Restaurant was closed on friday when I wanted to eat there due to a private function. Would have been nice if they told me this when I checked in. Otherwise a nice stay, I'll be going back at christmas.

Nice accomodation / swimming pool ann wellness maybe the personnel needs a training in 'smiling' and 'kindness' . It is very hard for them to smile and say good morning... a pity.

We stayed in Hermis Hotel driving in transit to Europe. Car parking is free of charge in front of hotel. Very nice hotel. Clean. We had very big room. Comfortable bed. In the hotel there is a very nice italian restaurant, kitchen open till 11pm. We were pleasantly surprised on the hotel, its restaurant and breakfast. Would definately stay there again when travelling to Central Europe by car.

Spa центр (особенно порадовала возможность пользоваться услугами до 22 часов вечера). Уютный ресторан, хорошая кухня, высокий уровень обслуживания в нем. Чистые просторные номера. Было комфортно не только вдвоем, но и втроем с ребенком.

En primer lugar nos dieron una Habitacion el el tercer piso y no tiene ascensor, la calefaccion de la habitacion no funcionaba ya pesar de decirlo varias veces no se llego a arreglar. La ultima noche con un viento fortisimo se abrio una ventana de techo y entraba agua, y todo esto sin calefaccion.

Bra läge, utmärkt personal, utmärkt basstandard med bra rum och bra renhet o bra ssängar. Inga överdrivna faciliteter. Något svalt på rummet. Kanske förstod jag mig inte riktigt på. Avsaknaden av hiss kan ju vara besvärande för vissa.

Billig hotell med meget god standard og mulighet for både spa og eget treningsrom, svømmebasseng. Sentralt beliggende ift motorvei, og kun kort tid ned til sentrum med rimelig taxi. Serviceinnstilt betjening.

Bardzo nieprzyjemna I opryskliwa recepcjonistka, przez 40 minut nie mogłem doprosić się o wystawienie faktury vat wg litewskich przepisów. W części hotelowej śmierdzi chlorem z basenu.

“Pre-arrival I was enormously assisted by Inga who ensured that my partner and I would have the best room available, the room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very beautiful and unlike other well known hotels in Kaunas we actually had coffee and tea in the room. The room service and food was excellent, all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. As soon as you walk in the door you are made to feel very welcome, it was a little like walking into your parents house on Christmas morning especially n January with the snow.
