Has good transport links to old town, and good parking (payable). Hotel is very comfortable and delivers on comfort and service with free access to gym and spa, and a great breakfast

I stay in hotels worldwide weekly and found the loaction being a fast 10mins from vno is good. In addition, also a quick 10mins walk into the city. Although whilst I stayed they are undergoing refurbishment thro' end March 2012 with reduced area's, the staff made the very best of convenience. Restaurant food offers great value and quality kitchen. Excellent staff thoughout and should be commended for their professionalism and welcoming smile. Well done ! As I mentioned, refurbishment was being undertaken. I made my reservation through Booking.com, no mention was made of this. However, it is not the fault of hi or Booking.com, but feel it could hve been noted at time of reservation. Not a negative for the hotel, as they do their best. Will stay again

The front desk staff were all very helpful. My luggage was lost prior to arrival and the staff helped to track my luggage, helped me find stores to replace items (personal items, clothing, outlet adapter, etc.) They were always pleasant! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.The breakfast was great. The next time I will stay in this hotel again

Typical Holiday Inn: clean, modern, comfortable. Good location - 15 minutes walk to city center. A bit expensive. Despite booking a double room (1 double bed), we got a twin (2 single beds), so make sure you confirm this beforehand.

Good location, near to the city centre. Very comfortable bed and pillows, bath, coffee maker in the room. Receptionist gave me twin room, but I booked double, when I complained to him, he start to be rude for me. Also he didn't know how to sell Vilnius City Card. Breakfast was very poor and not worth the price (12.00 Euro).

приветливый персонал, чистый номер с новой мебелью и огромной кроватью (шириной метра три!). вкусные завтраки, хотя все три дня на завтрак было практически одно и тоже, нам не успело наскучить. довольно хороший ресторан. вид из окна был никакой. отель немного в стороне от центра, но пешком дойти не проблема.

хороший добротный номер, аккуратный санузел, 3 русскоязычных канала, чай, кофе, минибар, своя парковка во дворе (8 евро/ночь). в номере нет WiFi, в настоящий момент в гостинице идет ремонт (весь первый этаж закрыт), что сопряжено со значительными неудобствами.

Все понравилось. Приветливый персонал, хорошо говорит по-английски. За неудобства в виде ремонта ресепшна получили в подарок бутылку хорошего вина. Приятно. Звукоизоляция хромает, если в соседнем номере шумят, вы это услышите.

I chose the hotel without knowing it. Picked it through the internet. I was surprised to find it so nice, pleasant, fells good, relaxing.The perfect location, clean rooms, good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. I would for sure come again!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Unebener Boden im ganzen Haus. Das Hotel ist größtenteils mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Darunter ist der Boden recht uneben (man geht wie auf Eierpappen). Ist jedoch kein großer Mangel!
