I do not know if it is really the rule of the hotel that a big car or mini bus must pay for parking, though before booking, the info page shows "free parking available, no need reservation"! When we arrived, we were asked to pay for parking, because we had a mini-bus.
It is just a short bus ride from the Old Town. It is just a short jump away from a nice Maxima supermarket. It is very quiet and the neighborhood is very nice. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts are quite good and varied. The room size was very adequate for my needs.
Basically I liked everything.
If U are alone and need to sleep only, it is great place. Since there was only stop-sleep-go persons it was very quite. Glory Ukraine!
If U with family or kids - not recommend it. No ventilation in bathroom, furniture in worst condition. Admins do not speak English as well. If someone use toilet in close rooms - U hear it like someone use Urs. Glory Ukraine!
car park nice personnel
small dark room- depressing while u want to rest after hard day small brekfast
Reasonable facilities at reasonable price. Costs like a hostel but provide a hotel service. Free parking and Wi-Fi.
-cheap, quiet, good connections via bus to the city centre, nearby supermarket.
- small room, no fridge, no cloth to clean the tiles in the bathroom in case of spilling water
Everything was really nice, silent and very polite
only thing what i didnt like-didnt have a chance to choose what i want for breakfast what was included in my staying.
Broken shower, dirty bathroom, there is no outlet near the bed.
It is located in a quite and good location
Good place to visit
Perfect location if you want to stop for one night after concert in Siemens arena.
Poor bathroom equipment, old tobacco smell in the room.
This is a cheap stay-and-go hotel.
Rooms are small. In some of them beds are located so, that you have to place your head next to the radiator! Breakfast is poor. You have to eat what is given. In our case it was pancakes (enough of them) heated in MW and a cup of so so coffee. Not even juice. It was already mentioned that towels are funny: probably they made them by cutting the normal ones into four or eight pieces :)
Good location for car travellers, 24h reception, internet available, enough big rooms.
Difficult to find if coming from Kavariju street (my Navigator was couple years old and did not know address Kavariju 247). TV set was too old and too small. Only one power plug place in rooms (at least two additional needed near bed for laptop and mobile phone).
very low temperature in a room, freezing cold, cigarette smell in rooms. Electric socket only one in a room ant that is at 1.8m height !!! You need an extension leed for everything. Awul. No comfort at all.
The price in the first place. What's more, even though there was no all-you-can-eat buffet, the breakfasts, in general, were fine
The hotel turned out to be way farther from the old town while it only took a few bus stops(quite long) to get there. Secondly, there was no bus service for our stop after half past eleven,so we had to walk. No housemaid whatsoever ever showed to at least empty the waste basket. The room always smelled,as well and needed airing badly. Furthermore, the bathroom was extremely cramped and stank, too.
Good WiFi connection.
No buffet breakfast, only homemade breakfast, means we didn't have choice. Single room is not equipped with bathroom. They never clean your room, we need to carry our garbage to the lobby. Bad smell in common bathroom. Toilet is very small. The heat wad not strong enough, it was a little bit cold in the room. There is no available city map for tourists, you need to go to the tourist info.
Unfresh towels and only 2 sockets at bathroom and for TV.
I liked the internet connection Privacy the responsiveness
- the location is a little bad if one wants to take public transportation - there wasn't a garbage bin in the room
The bed was modest but confortable. The shower was modest and a bit cracked, but it worked well, the water was hot, and had good pressure.
The staff were correct, but not kind. The hotel is far from the city center, but bus 1G will take you to/from the central train station (25m). Taxis are cheap, but there are few this far from the city center.
small and unclean
Location, lack of parking spots
I liked almost everything! The breakfast was tasty, but not big. The stuff was friendly and spoke Russian. The room was clean and quite cosy.
There was rather cold in the room.
Location convenient only for Siemens Arena and Ozas and Akropolis shopping.
Bathroom in poor condition and smelly, many flies in the room at our arrival, very weak WiFi signal.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The smell of the room wasn't pleasant and the price is not reasonable.
Avoid this hotel ! I do not recommend it. I stayed one night at this hotel and I was very unhappy. The staff was unfriendly, service are poor and do not release the bill. The room was very small and poorly equipped, the windows do not closed, bathroom is small and equipped with small and old objects. And the little breakfest was beneath criticism, a small cup of coffee and two pancakes with dry cheese.
