Very nice and quiet place, located in the center of town. Rooms are clean and very comfort. Bathroom is big, so It will be great to have a bath instead of shower. |

The location was conveniently situated at the edge of the Old Town. Parking was available at the hotel and the young staff were helful, friendly and spoke good English. |

Huge bathroom, safe parking, good location in the city centre, pleasant receptionist and hotel administrator. No elevator, so if you'll receive a room on a fourth floor (like we did), it can be a problem to take all your luggage to the room. Heating was switched off, the radiator was taken off its wall-fixings and supported the wall during all our stay. We had nothing to do with it. We had a room on a top floor with a sloping ceiling and sockets on a shorter wall, so we had to crouch every time to connect our laptop to the socket. Problems with connection to WiFi in lobby. We also had a strong feeling that the bathroom was cleaned a couple weeks before our checking-in. |

Very nice and big room. Good breakfast and central location to castle and old town. Disappointingly, the toilet was not clean. |

The location in the old town is great. We parked with no problem. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, all systems (floor heating, conditioning, TV) worked fine. Overall atmosphere, however, was too formal and didn't leave a comfortable home-like feeling. It was ok for a short stay, though. Wi-Fi in rooms |

It's clean, and well presented in the old town of Kaunas. Friendly staff. Very good price. Advertising this as a 4* hotel is a little optimistic! There is no elevator and breakfast is limited. However, the price isn't 4* too, so you're effectively getting cheap, clean efficient accommodation for a good price. |

Spacious room. Tasteful decor. Good location in the Old Town - the town hall square is less than 5 min walk away, and there are lots of restaurants within short walking distance Shower was a bit weak for my liking. Overall fairly clean but there were quite a few spider webs. |

The staff automatically changed a bigger room for me when she saw a toddler with me after I checked in. My wife was badly biten by mosquito in the restaurant when we had our breakfast. |

good location, good views, great bar on top floor, good bathroom, good minibar if expensive room too small (narrow), windows dirty, impersonal service, steps everywhere making luggage carrying difficult, too expensive for the quality, little room for putting clothes and luggage, noisy floorboards |

I had not previously read any reviews but I was very impressed by the high standard of the accommodation provided and the level of customer service is also to be commended. The staff both on reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. |

Our stay at the Klaipeda hotel was excellent, the staff could not have been more freindly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was good & plentiful. Rooms were suprisingly spacious and very clean. We are planning to return in the summer. Would highly recommend. Possibly for the hotel restraunt to be open in the early evening? |
