The location is very good. They have a place to store bicycles. Jakuzzi in the morning is good. The appartment is advertised as a place for family, but it is very small in reality. The price is for 2 persons, you have to pay additionally 20 EUR/day for additional person. The rent of safe box, which is in the room- 3 EUR/day. Car parking is not near the hotel, you can not get even the place in front of the door for few minutes to take the luggage. Towels are changed only after three days. You can not bring any food or drinks to the room or keep something in the fridge- you can only order food and drinks from restaurant. Breakfast is very poor and tasteless. The staff is not only cleaning the room- they put your cosmetics and other things in the order they like. My son was sleeping on the sofa in the first floor, and they were taking bedding from the sofa, so we had to make it again. There is no shampoo in the shower in spa center- you have to bring your own. It is one of the worse three stars hotels I have ever been- no value for the money paid.

No fridge (and you are not allowed to put your drinks in the mini-bar).

Хороший отель! Удобное расположение- недалеко от начала главной пешеходной улицы. Номера чистые, аккуратные, комфортные. Завтрак на 3 бала из пяти.

Всем привет! в этом отеле не в первый раз отдыхаю и когда поеду в Палангу снова, то опять в Kerpe. советую посетить SPA процедуры я заказал для любимой супруги обвертывание водорослями она была очень довольна. Всем приятного отдыха))))

Czystość, profesjonalizm obsługi. Do deptaka Basanavicius 200 metrów. Kuchnia bardzo smaczna, urozmaicona. Mała ilość miejsc parkingowych.

Отличный отель в хорошем месте - в двух шагах от главной пешеходной улицы, недалеко от Ботанического сада, но немного далековато от моря, что для нас не было проблемой. Отель новый, уютный, с хорошим рестораном. Отдельно хочется похвалить персонал - все очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь. Нам все понравилось!

Современный чистый отель , расположенный в центре городка. Вежливый персонал хорошо говорит по-русски, что приятно для тех туристов,которые не говорят на иностранных языках. Вкусный свежий и разнообразный завтрак_шведский стол. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Жаль,что джакузи по утрам для постояльцев отеля бесплатно,а за бани вечером нужно платить.

тихое место в 2 минутах от начала главной пешеходной улицы с одной стороны, и сосновыми аллеями - с другой. двухэтажный номер довольно стильный, отлично подходит для размещения с детьми (есть раскладной 2х местный диван на 1 м этаже и раскладное одноместное кресло - на втором, рядом с основной 2х спальной кроватью). бесплатная парковка. магазин, банк - 5 минут пешком. очень приятный и заботливый персонал. недостатки не критичные, но все же: - довольно далеко до моря (минут 10-15 пешком) - на завтрак лучше приходить к началу, т.к. под конец ничего не остается - бесплатное джакузи только утром, баня утром не работает и включают ее только за деньги - в номере нет кондиционера, так что если на улице жарко, возможно будет плохо (у нас была холодная погода) В целом отель рекомендую, однозначно лучше, чем любой отель на пешеходной улице, т.к. там ОЧЕНЬ много людей и шумно

Patiko vieta, kambario švara, maisto kokybė labai gera, geras SPA. Administratoriai nelabai susidoroja su savo darbu - daug įvairių niuansų, ko anksčiau, beje, nebūdavo, labai šalta kambariuose, nėra papildomų pledų, likus valandai iki pusryčių pabaigos nėra maisto pasirinkimo ir netgi kavos - visko reikia prašyti. Televizoriai labai pasenę, pulteliai sunkiai veikiantys. Užsisakius pirtį reikia neštis savo rankšluoščius iš kambario - labai nepatogu.

Geras aptarnavimas, tvarkinga, maloni aplinka. Puikus maistas viesbucio restorane. Galetu buti irengta bent mazyte erdve maziems vaikams pramogauti.
