We stayed at Amberton Klaipeda 10 nights. The rooms in "K- Center" are very recommandable with a beautiful sight on harbour and baltic sea. The sunset is wonderful. Breakfast is very rich - a full selection for every taste. Very helpful and polite staff. The "vida la vita" sky lounge is a highlight every evening: 21st floor, sometimes with entertainment of live music and overlooking the entire city and the baltic coast line. And all that for a very reasonable prices. Whenever we come back to Klaipeda: The Amberton is our first choice. Not to forget: 5 minutes to city center and historic Klaipeda, coastline with ferry only 15 minutes away. Perfect. R & N.

This is the most central hotel in Klaipeda. The hotel buildings consists of two buildings, one is a high tower with a profile of a K (as in Klaipeda). It takes ten minutes to walk to the area of the old town that have restaurants, not many unfortunately. The price I paid for this large double room, a deluxe room with jacuzzi was low. I cannot get a bad single room for that price in Sweden. Room standard was ok with free internet. Safe parking was provided by the hotel. This is value for money!! Not coziness, very sterile amosphere in common facilities (except breakfast room). Many lights switched off in corredors (saving power?). Too low pressure on the hot water supply. Wall to wall carpet in the room is old fashion and can unhygienic but rest was ok, infact very good.

The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. Explained kindly everything about what to visit and where to have a dinner. Price/quality is perfect if you book the room in advance. A lot of entertainment places and restaurants are available within the hotel and location is wonderful! 5 minutes by taxi from railway station and 10 minutes by walk from ship going to the Curonian Spit.

Breakfast in hotel not qualitative, coffee absolutely not probably to use. Good coffee, it is necessary to pay. The interior is necessary for changing. The proprietor was replaced, changes are not present. The price has increased on 30 %.
