Good location, lots of activities inside the hotel (2 stripclubs, nightclub, casino), easy to find, views to the seaport from high-floors of new building. Staff attitude was poor. We got a room with other guests already sleeping in the room! It created fun for front desk staff. Staff came to the room to hurry when we were late few minutes after check-out time. No toiletries in the room, except cheap shower gel in shower - not acceptable for 4* level.

It's the best hotel in Klaipeda. Three restaurans as you like, bowling, night club, casino. Beautiful sight. Nice design. Its too cold in the rooms.

The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. Explained kindly everything about what to visit and where to have a dinner. Price/quality is perfect if you book the room in advance. A lot of entertainment places and restaurants are available within the hotel and location is wonderful! 5 minutes by taxi from railway station and 10 minutes by walk from ship going to the Curonian Spit.

Nice restaurant at the 12th floor, with a nice view of the sea & city. Big breakfast in a restaurant which makes you feel you are in a wine factory. English speaking front desk staff. Money changer just across the road. Instantly available cabs. Pleasant short walk to the nearby river, lover's bridge, old town & an upmarket fashion street. There was no tea/coffee arrangement in the economy double room.

Pleasant conversation with the staff, quick check-in and quick check-out, beautiful views, central location, good breakfast, air conditioning, quiet. pity that the windows do not open (although I understand that this is for safety)

It's a great location. The staff was very professional. I was surprised there were no clothes hangers in the closet. They would not issue separate keys for 2 people. This was not convenient as my husband had to go out late at night.
