Good location, responsive personnel, access to Internet on the 1st floor (but lack of Wi-Fi, my laptop didn't find a connection during our stay,otherwise it could), a wonderfully designed comfortable room with nice view, tasty cuisine, good conditioning. Thanks! We will be glad next time, if we can go to disco in the hotel on Sunday:) If we were not ready to meet a chambermaid very early, it does not matter not to clean our room at all.. |

large rooms, great potential, Casino vicinity, breakfast, efficient staff showera/bath design - inadequate for use of others than honeymonners... all additional services (like bowling, SPA) at horrendous extra cost |

Large, quiet room, great view of the city and the sea, staff was very friendly, strong security, central location. watch your bill - I was charged for an extra bed for three days when we actually had it for one. I had thought the couch in the room was the extra bed - come to find out, they bring in an actual bed. |

We liked the lokation on the map, because you could walk almost eweryvhere in the city and the staff was realy nice and helpfull. |

Its close to city centre and beach The hotel has two parts. In second part elevator does not work in night. I had to receptionist 3 times about this and she was not even nice enough to come with me and show me the elevator |

The view from 13th floor across the harbour area and to the Baltic Sea - sunsets magnificent The fact that my room only had a bath with shower attachment and it was not possible to have a proper shower |

Restaurant was just 6 more Flores above my room. Nice view on channel and spaces rooms. Walls too thin! During my stay one night was some kind a crazy party next to my room... couldn't sleep until 3 am. According to room's interior quality I could hardly call it a 4star. Stuff could also improve English! |

Die Bilder des vergleichbar gebuchten Deluxe Doppelzimmers die Ihre Web- Seite beinhalten entsprechen unserer Auffassung nicht dem Zimmer 9004 welches man uns zuteilte. Ihre Bilder zeigen u. E. ein größeres Zimmer und ein Bad mit gehobenerer Austattung. |

Ik was niet tevreden over de kamer, op de site stonde alleen de nieuwe kamers afgebeeld, maar als deze vol zijn slaap je in het oude gedeelte. Dit zijn kamers die behoorlijk oud en slecht onderhouden zijn, ik had al extra betaald voor een luxe kamer en kwam nog in het oude gedeelte. Als deze kamers vernieuwd zijn is het Hotel goed. |
