The rooms is perfect.

Location is good. Quite clean, good brekfast, quiet.

Booked top room with seaview and got on 2nd floor with spa bath. During booking there was more than 4 free rooms with view, did not agreed to give another room. Bath door was broken, some lamps not working, bath tap was broken too.

The persons at the reception are good of taking care of guests. The view to the shipping port is great.

Room equipment was damaged, cracks in the carpet, deep scratches in the walls, damaged switches. Inability to regulate the temperature in the room, it was quite cold. Low water pressure in the bathroom, hot water began to flow after a long time. No kettle no tea no coffee in room.

Bleaching powder smell in corridors. Apparently, from the pool. It isn't tragic, but, nevertheless doesn't please.

Good price. Good breakfest. Nice staff.

The hotel need restauration. It has not 4****. Realy 3*** max

Rooms was exelent was quite security of the hotel was brilliant restaurant was good breakfast was absolutelly delicious. staff was friendly and helpfull.

the only thing what we didnt really liked knowing that is 4* hotel the XII century or however the restaurant is called had such a small menu it was shocking. apart from that the place looked romantick just a bit too much noise.

It is not far from old town. Breakfast is very good.

The Hotel is very nice in everything.

The location was is great. Direct contact to the old city. The view to the shipping port is great. That there are several comfort/price levels, makes my choice of low price a bit sad as the hotel has a new (more expensive) wing, that I'm sure does not fall down on my negatives. The Hotel has several ok restaurants, and is serviced by an amazing masseur who really untied the knots on my poor old aged body.

The older wing suffers cleanliness problems. Dust. Dirty carpet, dead bird on the window sill. That smokers are active in the corridors is a shame, as even in a non smoking room the smoke odour is a bit big and pervasive.

Nice room design and size of room is very good. Good restaurant and kitchen at the 12th floor. Location pretty close to the old part of Klaipeda. No need to use the car.

One of our two nights at the amberton it sounds like a discotheque - not like a hotel. We nearly coudn`t fell asleep. It was terrible. Difficult to find the way to the breakfast restaurant.

Good location, very nice view. We spend 3 days. If you are planing to be hear, ask for new part of hotel( hotel is build in old part and new part). The best view is from 16 flour with sea view. If You would like to use this hotel pay attention that in price is not included swiming pool. ( It is for extra payment).

* Restaurants are very good; * Nice staff; * Clean and spacey room; * Floor heating in the bathroom.

* Insecure WiFi connection; * Bad TV quality (lack of programs, old fashioned TV set); * No air conditioning; * Expensive bicycle/car parking; * Double room has two separate mattresses in the bed instead of one; * Lack of cut fresh fruits for the breakfast.

Very good center location, good breakfast, service at reception, availability of nice restaurants in the hotel, everyday change of towels etc

Breakfast time till 10 am during working days- not comfortable if you come late & want to sleep more. The windows of the room were not clean. Didn't like the elevator, stops with a strong push - this is irritating.

Clean Rooms in a big, but well kept structure. Breakfast buffet is somewhat comprehensive

we lived in the old building,very dated room reminded me soviet union flat, very plain old furniture hated!

Very conveniently located (10 minutes from the city center). Reasonably priced. Friendly stuff. Safe parking (6 euro/day).

4 star hotel but at least the old part of the building (we haven't been to the new one) did not fullfill our expectations. Rooms looked like they were 4 star standard in the 70's ;). Two strip clubs in the hotel complex! We had a group of people having afterparty in the middle of the night right in front of our window.

The location was fantastic. The price was very good value. The breakfast buffet was great, with a huge variety of food. The hotel restaurants were superb, and also great value.

There was a rather odd window looking in on the bathroom from the room. It didn't bother us, but you'd need to be good friends with the person you're travelling with!
