The location is great...right in the middle of the main street of Palanga which is full of shops and restaurants and bars.. Very lively street. The hotel itself was very good, very huge rooms with very comfortable and clean beds. The room was very spacious with a flat screen and mini bar. The staff at the restaurant and reception were very courteous and attentive to your needs. The Breakfast was very interesting and satisfying. They even packed our breakfast for us as we were leaving at 9.00am. The restaurant opens only at 9.00 and we had our packed breakfast at 9.00...simply amazing

Room was nicely furnished.

Stayed with a nine year old kid. Both of us did not enjoy the noise, hotel is on the main pedastrian street where parties last almost all night. Access to the hotel parking by car is not very convenient since you have to drive through a walking crowd of people. There is no air conditioning in the room.

Nice place, ex. In city center, 300 m to the beach, placed in center street.

Nothing to work, Internet, bank system and S.O. To decide this problem is not possible, nobody knows how to do that, reception workers is too weak for any assistance. 24 h service is not exist, evening time there is nobody around. Parking is terrible, like a barrel filled with fishes. Breakfast is too low, only menu.

Non ha l'ascensore, la colazione veniva servita dalle 10 in poi... Avevo l'aereo alle 8.45... Il taxi che mi avevano prenotato non si è presentato... Rumoroso e disagevole

Den fantastiske servicen fra hotell og resturant personel.Egen parkeringsplass med overvåking.Hadde egen avtale med massør som kom på bestilling,meget dykktig mann.Og henting fra flyplassen om du kommer med fly til palanga.

Viskas labai gerai :) Mes su šeima likome patenkinti šiuo viešbučiu. Pusryčiai buvo tikrai sotūs ir tikrai neskurdūs, kaip skaitėme komentaruose. Labai puiki vieta. Netoli jūra, kavinės, pramogų centrai. Viskas tiesiog puiku :)

parkeren bij het hotel zeer chaotisch, wagens verplaatsen om iemand te laten vertrekken , weinig parkeer ruimte.Is ook geen airco voorzien in kamers uitgezonderd één kamer ahw de prijzen per kamer hetzelfde zijn

brak możliwości skorzystania z internetu, brak sprawnej sieci internetowej, brak rozeznania personelu co do kodów sieci internetowej i bezradność tegoż personelu podczas próby załatwienia sprawy lub po prostu niechęć do załatwienia sprawy, mała sprawność organizacyjna przy wykonaniu usługi podania na oznaczoną godzinę śniadania, opieszałość lub bezradność organizacyjna, co spowodowało przedłużenie czasu śniadania , a tym samym spóżnienie na spotkanie, brak personelu bezpośredniej obsługi w niedzielę, (recepcji ), co z kolei wymusza inne zachowania, brak śniadania w godzinach porannych czyli przed godziną 08.00...ect....

Стоит в центре ночной жизни. Достаточно чистый отель, неплохой завтрак и ресторан. Нормальный персонал. 3 звезды соответствует.

Шумно. Маленькая парковка. Остальное как на нашем юге. Достаточно дорого для такого отеля. На ночь закрывается.

Расположение гостиницы, интерьер гостиницы и ресторана, дружелюбные и отзывчивые администраторы.
