The room, the linnen, the towels were all clean. The douche worked well and the water was hot. The price is on a budget. The person who met us communicated well in English.

The place is impossible to find - the location on the map on "booking.com" is misplaced, and you have to continue on a dirt road 200 meters more to find it. To make things worse, there is another motel at the location shown in the map to confuse you. It took us 90 minutes with assistance from locals to sort it out and call the person from the hotel to eventully come and guide us to the hotel. The motel is in an area of garages - a sleeping place at best. Utena at night is nothing to write about, even at downtown. The WiFi is unusable - you have to read a fine-print line-long combination of letters to configure it. The dining room has an electric kettle, a toaster and a microwave - no food or supplies. To summarize, the description on "booking.com" is very misleading - "front desk staff is available 24 hours a day" is by phone, unusable "free wifi", "relaxing in a garden" is a joke, nearly impossible to find, no buffet breakfast served. If you come just to sleep and you're willing to handle the burden, it is a nice room on a budget.

There is nobody at the reception (never - although they say there is), you have to call them by phone and they arrive in 5 minutes (well, if you're lucky to reach them by phone - usually you can but on the day of checkout I couldn't so I had to leave the money and key where I considered it right). The room is plain dirty, with awful stains on the carpet, and not maintained, however bed linen and towels were almost clean.

Comfortable room, big bathroom, there is a possibility to make coffee or tea for breakfast, but you have to have your own coffee, tea, mugs and spoons. Good price and comfort correlation.

It is very hard to find the hotel even with GPS, because it is in the end of road to nowhere so they need to put same sign.

El precio es excelente. El personal del hotel no está, pero en el momento que los llamas se presentan en menos de 5 minutos.

Está bastante apartado de la ciudad y cuesta encontrarlo.

Znakomite: komfort pokoju, czystość, obsługa, cena, lokalizacja miejscowości.

Dojazd: miejsce na mapie jest zaznaczone ok. 200M na południowy wschód (kierunek na oko) od rzeczywistego wejścia do budynku, dojazd wymaga pokonania pętli od lugosci ok. 500M dookoła zniechęcających budynków po drodze gruntowej, jednej z trzech do wyboru. Brak drogowskazu.

Patika draudzīgā cena.

Viesnīcu pēc norādītās adreses Tom Tom neatrod. Tikai pēc 0,5 st. meklēšanas un vairākkārtējas zvanīšanās izdevās sameklēt.

Personne à la réception, juste un numéro de téléphone. Venu au bout de 10 minutes, ouvrir la porte et repartir sans donner d'explications ni le mot de passe pour internet. La porte de la chambre ne fermait pas à clé; Le matin, personne pour le petit-déjeuner alors que nous avions convenu d'une heure. Nous avons posé la somme due dans la chambre et sommes parti sans voir personne. De plus, moquette pas très propre et sparadrap au sol de la salle de bain. En plus très difficile à trouver, au bout d'un chemin plein d'ornières au milieu de garages. Nous avons mis plus d'une demie-heure à trouver, grâce à un voisin. Horrible, indigne de Booking.

Nav dārgi.Visai eksotiska atrašanās vieta - pašā pilsētas nomalē,tieši blakus mehāniskajām darbnīcām un netālu no dzīvojamā masīva, ar piebraukšanu pa zemes ceļu.Taču pilsēta nav liela - kājām līdz centram var aiziet 15-20 min.(maršruts pavisam cits,kā ar auto).

Visai neatsaucīgs puisis recepcijā - par brokastīm(to,ka tās jāpasūta atsevišķi) uzzināju,tikai uzjautājot viņam pēc dienas,pats nestāstīja.Un manā numurā nebija ne TV,ne interneta.

Были проездом, останавливались на одну ночь. Номер просторный, санузел в номере, горячая вода есть.

Типичная советсткая гостиница при предприятии с соответствующим качеством обслуживания. За такие деньги можно переночевать.

трудно найти (почти невозможно), далеко от центра, среди гаражей. нам подсказали на заправке.

Room, shower and bed were OK. WiFi worked well (but I needed to check the password by myself from the bottom of the router)

No staff present during the whole stay. The key needed to be collected fro a near by car repair carage...

Redelijk schone kamer

Men spreekt geen enkel woord Engels of Duits, geen eten, geen ontbijt.

Clean and newly renovated rooms. Good Value for Money. We called a guy because the door was closed and he came imidiately. Attantion!!! The Location is not where it is marked on google maps. Follow the road around the corner and remeber the picutre you have seen from the building. Its around 400 Meters Away from the position on google maps.

Actualy nothing, cause it is much better as what we accpected according to the price.

the morning when i left this terrible place

Liutgaras is in a bad area..there are all around dilapidated buildings,factory and behind a parking of abandoned car.Also the hotel outside looks not so well.it was difficult to find it and it's on a gravel road.what they write it's not true.."front desk staff available 24hours" when we arrived there was nobody there the hotel was closed.there was a number,without a prefix, so i couldn't call anybody.i went to the attached factory and found a kind man that phoned to someone of the hotel.After a quarter a guy arrived. He gave us the key and show the room in two minutes.Then i said "close the front door, because you are alone tonight". I thought:"here alone with nobody? and If does it something happen?what should we do?" I gave him appointment for tomorrow at eight o'clock. he went away and then we looked around. The hotel have no closed parking area but you just leave your car near the road: so not safe car!! the reception and all around the hotel looks abandoned all it's very dirty..the floor, everything looks like nobody has cleaned for many, many months!! under the table of the reception there were on the floor empty bottles, dirty cups,spoons long forgotten there..in our rooms there was, not as they say, no tea and coffee ..nothing!! the sheet smell of cigarettes. there were dirty glasses. The bath was terrible!!! the sink were yellow/brown instead of white and wc was dirty all around. there was a bathmat very dirty....and finally on the sink there was a glass completely brown!!! i could not imagine how long it was there..months..!! wi-fi is not available in the room but only at the entrance of the hotel. During the night i was scared because i heard many cars passing there (the hotel is in a closed road) then i heard a crash. I thought that maybe someone damaged our car, but i didn't have the courage to go out for a control. They say that there is a garden where the guests can relax but it's not true.

более менее чистые номера и белье. все!

приехали в 22.40 о чем заранее предупредили на электронную почту. на ресепшене никого. на стоянке пьянющий сторож - пока разбудили нас чуть собаки не съели. он час пытался кому-то дозвониться. в итоге в 24.00 нас заселили в холодный номер (отопление включали мы сами). утром, когда мы выезжали со стоянки с нас потребовали 20 евро, сославшись на указание директора. договорились на 5 евро. никому не желаю попасть в этот "отель", лучше объезжайте его стороной.
