Nice, rather tasteful big room and good (spacious) bathroom. Very quiet accomodation. Breakfast okay. Very close to old town. It's a pity one has to pay extra for sauna. The fitness room was still closed for renovation. |

The included breakfast was excellent. There was an abundance and choice of foods.The dining room was in a very lovely setting.The hotel room was large by European standards. The grounds were charming.The location was excellent for walking the old town. There were no inexpensive laundry facilities. |

Clean, comfortable, courteous staff, very nice restaurant (Hazienda) and very good buffet breakfast selection plus a cooked breakfast at no extra charge. |

Pros: breakfast, location (near the city centre), exterior (nice garden), lots of parking area inside hotel territory. Cons: staff should have been much more friendly and helpful, room interior was old and worn out, ventilation system was horrible (after using bathroom, the ventilation system started to working appr 20 minutes afterwards in a very lousy way). |

The room was very comfortable, the decoration was great, the garden of the hotel was very nice, the staff was very kind, the location of the hotel is very convenient for walking in the city center and close to all the main attractions, the restaurant is very good. |

The position and the attached restaurant where reasonably good. Free internet access was the best point. They have put me in a room under the roof, with no air conditioning (temperature about 28C) and no elevator. Their were no curtains to speak of and the bed had seen better days. |

The buildings themselves. I wanted a hotel with a fitness center and I was not told that it was under repair during my stay. My room was also much less exciting than anticipated. |

Nice restaurant We spent the night in an old room, without the comfort you might expect from a 4star hotel. We booked a smoking room, that was perhaps the problem, but the rates where the same. The room was on the first floor on the street side, with a lot of noice. The photos on the websites aren't representative for the hotel |

In der Altstadt liegend, central. Zimmer sind im guten Zustand. Die Zimmer der Nebengebäude liegen an eine sehr befahrenen Straße. Durch schlechte Straßenzustände, die Gullideckel liegen lose im Fahrbahnbereich, enstehen sehr unangenehme störende Geräusche. Fenster öffnen durch die ständigen Abgase nicht möglich. Eine Übernachtung im Hauphaus ist angehmer. |

lokalizacja i wystrój hotelu. Wygodne łóżko (twardy materac) cztery gwiazdki nie do końca zasłużone lub pokój w którym przebywaliśmy miał inny standard (chodzi mi nie o wyposażenie ale o jakość mebli). pomimo czystości w pokoju w łazience czuć było stęchliznę. obsługa kelnerska zdecydowanie za wolna. |

Die gute Abwicklung am Desk beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, das Gefühl von absoluter Sicherheit in der Hotelanlage, die Grösse des Zimmers, die Sauberkeit, die Ruhe im Zimmer, das tolle Früstücksbüffet. Tee-Trinker müssen erst einmal ein Teekännchen beim Früstücksbüffet extra verlangen, ansonsten ist das Frühstück aber wirklich gut und großzügig! Auch der Kaffee schmeckte meiner Partnerin sehr gut, und alles war sehr frisch. |

Rigtig god beliggenhed i den gamle by./fremragende. Parkering mulig. Venlig og hurtig betjening Ikke for stort. Rent og pænt.. Jeg fandt sengene for bløde. Det er generelt for mit vedkommende. |
