Great value for money. So far stayed here 5 times - comfortable and clean rooms, perfect breakfast, free wi-fi. No complaints at all.

Easy to find near eastern end of city centre. Plenty of parking. Long wait to ask for a menu in restaurant. No remote control for air conditioning.

1. The room was ok. 2. nice price. 1. No Internet in the rooms. 2. Very bad service in skybar also ditry beer (perhaps old beer served). 3. Bar staff in skybar don't know service at all. For me, it is last time to book in this hotel.

We liked its closeness to the bus and train station.It was a 2km walk to the Old Town but there were buses every few minutes at very reasonable prices.Of course there is more than the Old Town to see in Kaunas.Magnus was close to the river and very close to the big shopping and leisure complex called Akropolis which had cinemas,basketball courts,bowling alleys restaurants and an icerink as well as a multitude of shops. There was free use of internet.Room was comfortable and warm. There was a bar on the 9th floor with amazing views of the city. I can't say that it was sparkling nor can I say that the breakfasts were gourmet style.The colours were somewhat drab but perhaps these are typical colours and the breakfasts were typical Eastern European breakfasts.They were what we expected and we were certainly not disappointed.

Near train and bus station No room cleaning and no change of towels during our stay (2 nights). We booked a non-smoking room, but we had such a smoky smell in the room that we left the window open during the day. Unfortunately, the room still had a smoke smell. Website says that check-in is from 2pm. We had to wait untill 2.35pm, but ofcourse that's not the biggest problem.

Rooms facing road are very noisy. Quite cold in rooms in winter due to the thin windows and weak central heating (it was +2 +0 c in january).

Location was near bus station. Just 1 minute and you are in the hotel. Good transport to city centre, but it will take not more than 20 minutes to go to Kaunas Old town. Wi-Fi was available in the room. Room was big and clean. Bed was not so convenient. Breakfast was rather nice, but we were really surprised, that only instant coffee was offered, not natural.

We chose the the hotel because of private parking and 24-hour reception. We arrived about 4 AM, evertything was fine. Service was OK at night. Morning shift was not that good - I have nothing bad to say about them, we got the service, breakfast etc. But there were no smiles or hospitality that would make you feel welcome. This hotel is clearly for rational people, do not except that your smiles will be returned. The top floor bar was closed, which means that you can not enjoy the advertised view.

Excellent bar!! 9Th floor location, stunning views over the city. Food really good, but!!!!!!!! The excellent bar was closed for 3 of the days we were there, and all food, and bar service was also not available friday/sat/sunday. Neither the restaurant or the bar was serving. We couldnt even get a coffee!!! Very, very poor for a hotel of this quality. We were forced to taxi into town to get food. such a shame that this hotel is being mismanaged.

Room was extremely warm when it was freezing outside. Decent breakfast. Free internet in the lobby. The rooftop bar was only open on one of the three nights we stayed, which was a bit of a shame.

Extremely helpfull and well trained stuff - made us feel comfy from the first moment. Rooms are elegant, warm, cosy, very clean. Bed is big and really comfy. Tv, all bathroom amenities, fan - just needed minimum. Located right in front of the bus station and 5 min walk from Acropolis shopping center. Will come back if return to Kaunas.

I like the hotel in general, you get good value for the money. First day they gave a connecting room to me and my colleque which you could hear any single noise from the next door, however next day we asked them to change our rooms and they did, so we were then quiete pleased with our stay, also the restaurant have excellent panoramic view:)
