- New comfortable beds - parking places - If you want anything from their reception you have to wait much more longer that you would normally expect (we waited taxi ordered at reception for 40 minutes; when we book the swimming pool and come on time nothing was prepared and nobody really bothered; and finally when we were in hurry and wanted to get receipt we did not manage to get it and leave without it).

The Gemma Medical SPA Hotel is located in a quiet area. One has to walk a bit to go to the nearest bus station. A swimming pool can be accessed for an extra fee but this fee and all the costs for treatments are 30% less if the customer is a guest of the hotel. There's always something new for breakfast. Wifi is free 24/7. The staff are nice and helpful. The lobby is quite nice! The thought of having a massage after a long day in the hotel in Vilnius is very rewarding! From Saturday to Sunday, the bins in my room were emptied but the towels were not changed nor taken (I put one on the floor). My room was not cleaned everyday.

Nice and quite hotel. We were with little child so we need quiet place with room big enough to place baby cot. Room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Also hotel is located in quiet place with forest nearby. Bad sound insulation between the room and bathroom. That sliding door is seen on photo so it was predictable.

Good value for money. It is good to spend a night or two there. The room is clean. The breakfast choice is quite poor. The breakfast hour is 8 am to 9 am (at least on Saturday), and when we came at 8.15 am they already ran out of scrambled eggs and said that we should not expect another dish. Also, you have to drink juice from coffee mugs.

Очень хороший отель, приветливый персонал, чистые номера, удобное расположение. Приехали в первом часу ночи, засели без проблем (правда предварительно позвонили им что будем очень поздно). Отличный завтрак (сыр, колбаски, йогурт, горячие творожники, натуральный кофе, чай и. т. д. ). Очень понравилось, следующий раз остановимся в этом же отеле.

Небольшая цена. Нормальное месторасположение. Это не отель, а какой-то лечебный центр. Много пенсионеров ходит на процедуры. У нас был 3-х местный номер: очень маленький. В комнате была пыль. Сауна, бассейн платные.

Удобная кровать с отличным матрасом - утром даже вставать не хотелось. Очень чисто, свежий ремонт, отлично работающая сантехника.Парковка рядом. Инернет в номере почти не ловит. На завтрак в пустой столовой было немного воды в электрочайнике, 1 йогурт, 1 банан, 1 печенье, 4 чайных пакетика. (это на двоих :) ). Ни одного канала на русском языке.

Цена, наличие бассейна-сауны, возможность пользоваться кухней, тихое место. Сервис, пришлось менять номер т.к. наш не был убран к приезду. Холодно, из окон дует, постель неудобная, особенно подушки.

За трое суток никаких событий, которые могли бы сформировать у меня какое-то устойчивое мнение об отеле, не произошло. Впрочем, сам факт отсутствия каких-либо событий меня вполне устраивал - я приезжал в Вильнюс не в поисках приключений. Ах да, о персонале - очень милый, доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Человеку, который без особых проблем может провести ночь в палатке (в спальном мешке, в резиновой лодке на воде, в стогу сена и т.д.), как-то неловко отвечать на подобные вопросы..

Удобное месторасположение, парковка, идеальная чистота. Здорово, что можно отдохнуть в сауне и теплом бассейне. Соотношение цена качество. Все понравилось.
