Good value for money in the city centre. Less than 5 min walk from the Train and Bus stations.

Very basic hotel, however good value for money. A bit scary to walk on the streets nearby in the evening time. While booking it was mentioned that shower and toilet are in the room, but in fact I have got shared bathroom which was not so comfortable at all.

It is very comfortable relating hotel location - really close to the railway station and to the old town. And what elase was really pleasant - is that all the hotel staff was really friendly and hospitable.

No lift

I have ordered doublerom room. and send mail that my girlfriend comes early and I ll be late. When I arrived they placed my girlfriend in a room with two beds and no toilet and shower. the next day you gave me a oki room but it was too late I asked a lady who works the front desk her name is Inga, if she can show me the adress to the Belarus embassy. She gave me the wrong adress, when I came back I told her you gave me my wrong address. she answered very rude and said that is what is on google she was very rude and nasty when she said sorry

Great value for the money and fine location(it is very close to train and bus stations).

Pilowcases were very old and worn. Also the room was cold.

Its a really good budget hotel! Always clean, near the city center really good spot! I enjoyed staying there and I ll stay again

Friendly staff (speak Russian well), good breakfast for 2*, very nice location (near historical center and train/bus station), clean room.

Our room had quite strong smell of smoking. It was a bit too cold at night.

Just a location.

The hotel rooms did not have their own showers. So we had to walk across the long hallway with towels wrapped around our bodies on the cold floor. The lighting in the room was horrible, the toilet smelled of wee and the floor was filthy. customer service was rude and not helpful at all. Next day left no clean towels and did not even make our beds.

Enough clean, neat, helpful staff. The bathroom needs a renovation. Convenient location, close to the old town. Breakfast is enough to take the edge off one's appetite.

Did not like the mold in the bathroom and the toilet tank badly blended, there is no air freshener.
