Near to the city center poor breakfest - 6 eur was too much for it, crysis with towels (they was too small) and bathroom ventilation. |

Near public transport 300m, good location, exellent service, tidy room. Market hall very near which is good to carry out purchases. Many bar`s etc. |

I liked the location to the old city and it was handy to the train station. The price was satisfactory. The price was good for this hotel, although for that money there should have been more food for breakfast. The other hotels/pensions that I have been staying at have more breakfast and they have been in the same price range. It should have a telephone for use. |

everything was ok bar see below. Had asked for a double bed when booking and was told that would be no problem but when arrived was told that there was no double beds in the twin rooms which I thought wasn't good enough. A couple want a double bed not 2 single beds pushed together! |

I expected a renovated hotel... From the outside it looks deplorable...inside it wasn't nice either: the bed was broken and the sheets as well, the shower very dirty (not because it wasn't cleaned, it just needs to be changed); the carpet was dirty and the breakfast really bad... In conclusion, I found the price way too high for the conditions. |

I would never advise this unpleasant and dirty hotel: they don´t have milk for breakfast, after a certain time you only have cold water, there is no elevator (even for the 4th floor) and cleaning service means only making the beds (there was a can of beer in one of the rooms and a empty shampoo in the bathroom of the other room, both left behind by previous guests). |

Staff. Location of hotel. Room had television Towels and bedding was old and badly worn. Carpet in a room was dirty, had stains. Area of hotel is noisy enough. |

perfect location - just 5 min form railway station (by foot), Old Town is just around the corner; helpful personnel Very, very poor breakfast, no decent coffee (why 2 star hotel doesn't have coffee maker... ANY coffee maker???), breakfast room is very small. It is unacceptable that guests eat breakfast next to the... sink! Cleanliness is not sufficient. It would be good to clean (not just to hoover) carpets and upholstery, spot on it are really visible - at least in my room. |

Położenie w centrum Wilna, dobre połączenia komunikacyjne, możliwość porozumiewania się w języku litewskim, polskim, rosyjskim, angielskim w właściwie każdym z obsługi. Brak możliwości jednoczesnego rozliczenia parkingu i pokoju, śniadanie bez możliwości wyboru zestawu co w przy dłuższym staje się dokuczliwe. |

miła obsługa w recepcji, brudna do granic przyzwoitości wykładzina dywanowa na podłodze, która zepsuła pobyt i chęć przebywania w hotelu......no i śniadanie, które nas bardzo zaskoczyło (to śniadanie nie może kosztować sześć euro). |
