All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

when I arrive, It wsa differnt apartment as I request, The boy told me it's mistake they made, I have no choice, after I walk in the apartment, The boy request me pay cash, I told that I will pay by credit card, than he call teh manager, manager told me booking.com should inform me to pay cash. I answer I have no cash with me, also no ATM around. After he ask me give my credit card to the boy. they boy talk with manager awhile, after tell me it is ok they will charge on my credit card.The internet wasn't work , it was mistake I made to stay in this aprt. I need to take cab to the city find internet cafe. the Natalex staff promise next time will be better, I am not sure I should trust again. |

It was very close to the center Very expensive for the quality. The building was very old, the flat was on the ground level, very dark, one room hasn't window, It wasn't so clean. In general it's not a four stars apartment at all. |

friendly service, and excellent facilities in the appartment. Reliable transfer to and from the flat Building site at the appartements meant noise disturbance (particularly for our baby). |

Ciekawe wyposażenie apartamentu (m. in. kominek), ładne zasłony, funkcjonujący przez cały czas internet. Bardzo słabe oświetlenie w sypialni, reklamowane jacuzzi nie działało. Zanim się zamieszka, trzeba trochę samemu posprzątać. |

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado,y en el centro de la ciudad a 5 minutos andando del casco historico de la ciudad.Nos vinieron y llevaron aeopuerto por 24€, y eso que llegamos a las 12,30 de la noche, dandonos un mapa de la ciudad con monumentos que visitar, sitios para comer, ubicacion de supermecados, sitios para tomar una copa, etc Relacion precio_calidad excelente La unica objeccion es que una de las camas era un poco incomoda por un tablon que la atravesaba. |

Tämä huoneisto oli avara ja kylpyhuone oli moderni ja kaunis. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Käytössä oli myös langaton verkkoyhteys sekä kansainväliset tv-kanavat. Tässä huoneistossa rappukäytävän ja naapureiden äänet häiritsivät jossain määrin yöunta. |

Oli oikein siisti huoneisto. Huoneiston sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Olimme tyytyväisiä henkilökunnan hyvään palveluun ja nopeaan apuun pienen sähköongelman hoitamisessa. |
