very clean and tidy rooms and rest of the hotel, friendly stuff, comfortable equipment of rooms, kitchen and the living room the fact that the informations on the web site are not complimentary with reality and also the fact that you can prepare breakfast only after 11 am so it practicly force you to eat outside hotel or to buy breakfast in the hotel |

We enjoyed very much turkish steem bath and pool which was offered for extra fee; pool was refreshing and whole experience - great! Staff was attentive and helpful. Neonele is rather a geuesthouse than a hotel, it should be reflected in the description. Some rooms have shared bathrooms, in the small kitchen you can prepare your meel... It's not Ok that for breakfast you have to pay extra, we skipped it. |

Very friendly owner and staff, beautiful building, quiet area.Good for an extended stay. A little far from the main action, but this is also why it was quiet. No elevator, so be prepared to do stairs. Biggest issue, they didn't take credit cards, but they give you time to go get cash. Otherwise a very nice place. |

Nice and quite new place in a neighbourhood with all private residences. Hower this is not a hotel according to me. It is more like a hostel with nice private rooms (no dorms), Showers, and toilets are shared in the hallway. Also a small kitchen is available for the quests. And they have a nice big whirlpool and turkish steam sauna, both for extra payment though. |

The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated and the accommodations very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and interested in making our stay a pleasant one. When we checked out they asked if there was anything they could improve, and when we told them about a few minor things they offered us a discount on our next stay. As we told the owners, the cost of using the sauna/steam room & small pool was expensive -- 100 Litas (about $45US). They said it's expensive to heat up the sauna, so I can see why it's not available all the time or included in the room price, but paying that much for one use is unthinkable. The TV is quite small and only offers local channels in Lithuanian, and there is no Internet (minor issues) |
