Breakfast was suprisingly good and staff was very polite and attentive on all areas. I had to pre-arrange a birthday surprise with the assistance from the reception staff and all went according to the plan! I was very pleased.

We had a fab week end /5days stay at the park inn kaunas . the hotel is top class ,we were there in january and we had a wounderful time. The old town and new town is just fab .. well worth a visit to the new shopping center it is full of top class shops and the coffee shops and resturants to die for .our big suprise was on the top floor of the shopping center the biggest ice skating ring as big as rocka fella center new york .also on the main street was the most amazing 3 floor zoo logis museum . if you have time I would take the train to the capital villinus about hour and half the trip would take class 3 train cost 5 euros class 2 would cost 7 euros approx , again lots of suprise. I would love to take a late spring break so you could enjoy the river the parks the coffee shop and the many squares just to sit back and enjoy thanks to all in kaunas for making our stay so enjoyable. We will visit again .

The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good location for shops and town centre. Excellent value for money. The bar is superb with cocktails served by two friendly members of staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious. English speaking tv channels are extremely limited to cnn and bbc World news and Jewish News, there were no sports channels or film channels, they had 2 pay tv channels for films showing movies for 2 decades old and very expensive if you felt nostalgic enough to want to watch.

The room was clean, nice bathroom, very modern style.. The beds were very comfotable.The staff was very friendly. The service at reception and hotel restaurant were incredably good. The food was varied and tasty. I and my daughter really enjoyed staing in hotel. We wish all staff a Very Good Christmas and good luck in New 2012 Year

It was strange, that in 4* hotel, no shower gel, shampoo and body lotion in small bottles, but onlu soap in despencer. The air in room very dry because of conditioner, no heating, only conditioner heating which works only when window is closed. It is inpossible to open window to make air less dry, cause conditioner is switching off and it is cold in the room. Also no body lotion, cause I feeled very dry skin there.

Parking and internet were free of charge. The breakfast was very comprehensive (sweet & savoury products). The hotel was next to the pedestrian area with a lot of stores, bars etc. Room and bathroom were okay.

“Pre-arrival I was enormously assisted by Inga who ensured that my partner and I would have the best room available, the room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very beautiful and unlike other well known hotels in Kaunas we actually had coffee and tea in the room. The room service and food was excellent, all the staff are extremely kind and helpful.
