very friendly staff which made my day. Parking, fitness, sauna and internet included in room price which is not typical for Park Inn in other countries. Home made beer and lovely food. Defenitely the best hotel in Kaunas which I have visited.

The hotel is nice and clean and lovely bar area .

The staff are just so unfriendly and the restaurant area they don't even say please or thank you . I felt also they looked at me down because of my ethnicity . I think it's an Eastern European culture shock for me as I'm use to USA and London treatment very friendly .

Exellent location, free & fast Wi-Fi (today it's a must for all hotels),free parking, clean room, nice bathroom, non-smoking,great breakfast, great staff.

Bigger comforter ( @ least queen size not a child size) & more closet space would be helpful. Restaurant meniu & drink prices are a little 2 high in comparisson with the prices of many restaurants outside the hotel.

Overcrowded breakfast buffet. Very canteen like too. Safe was so high off the ground I had to use a chair. Almost at ceiling level.

Suggest to buy an correct coffee machine, that permits to level up the quality of coffee (for breakfast), but this is a shortage of many other hotels too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was modern and very clean. We asked for top floor when booking the room 6 months before and got a top floor room with great view of the cathedral. Breakfast was excellent in a very nice restaurant. We walked from hotel to the bus station which took 25 mins which was another reason why we chose this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. We used the number 29 bus from the airport which stops right outside the hotel, we also used this bus to go back to the airport on our return journey - excellent service.

It's quite a way from the old town but the walk is very nice along the flat traffic free, tree lined pedestrian walk way which we enjoyed as there were plenty of shops and restaurants along the way, not a problem at all for us, just trying to be helpful.

Water pressure is insufficient and the water temperature control in the shower is totally inaccurate: burning hot or friggin cold, beware!

Ausstattung sehr gut, Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltung, Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Restaurant empfehlenswert. Bewachter Parkplatz.

Propreté impeccable. Très bonne literie avec surmatelas. Parking gratuit. Machien pour cirer les chaussures et distributeur de glace dans les couloirs.

Pas d'échantillons de savon individuel , mais distributeur de savon liquide. Pas très pratique dans le bain et c'est dommage car c'est toujours agréable de ramener un petit souvenir d'un séjour.
