good location and 5 minute walk to Old Town- easy access for cars with underground parking (not hotel owned) - staff friendly - acceptable but not great gym. hotel needs to make an agreement with parking garage and negotiate a hotel reduction - overpriced. Breakfast is ok if staying only one day - if more than one day it is limited. While the gym is acceptable, it could benefit from some floor mats, and exercise machine tune ups |

We got an upgrade to a suite and of course we cannot complain about this :-). We had great value for money. Our suite was at the 8th floor and had a great view. The location of the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Delicious draught beer in the bar. |

The hotel staff was very nice, kind and helpfull. The environment was quiet, so it was good rest for me after work and pleasant to stay. The hotel staff should know more thinks about how to get to one or another place. |

Excellent service. The hotel menu was varied and excellent value for money when booked on the web costs are higher when booking direct with the desk. The central location was ideal for the facilities that Vilnius has to offer. The rooms were spotless with tea and coffee available in the room. |

The hotel takes an authorisation on my credit card and it is not canceled on checking out, this authorisation will remain blocked on my account for 2 weeks. This is not needed anymore these days. |
