The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The location was excelent(5 minutes walk from everything). The staff was polite and very helpful also they were very fast! I really liked the small gestures, like free bottle of evian and local phone call free of charge, Free Wi-fi in the whole hotel and Xbox in the hall! The breakfast was also very good! I can only recommend this place to everyone woth of price 100%!!! The gym was a bit less I expected. There is Sauna and Steam cabin but they were not working.

We stay in Novotel Vilnius for many years already and we are always glad to come back. It is perfectly located for both business and leisure. It is very comfortable and clean. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. It is one of the best hotels not only in Vilnius but it is the best among the other European Novotels.

This is a high quality hotel in an excellent central location, ideal for the business traveller - though parking could be a problem. The room was clean and comfortable, with good internet access. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Even when checking out at 4 am the guy was cheerful and efficient, rearranging my taxi and offering to make me a coffee. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard and well presented (though more expensive than some very good restaurants just a few minutes walk away). Would certainly stay here again if in Vilnius.

Great hotal!!!! Great location in main street and close to cafés and restaurants. 10Min from old town. Excellent breakfast. Lovely Sunday market in front of the hotel.

Efficient staff. Bathtub in the rooms. Convenient for business central situation. Cleanliness and comfort. Nice, homely feeling. Thanks! To my opinion, the price could vary and sometimes be lower.

Location is the best in town. Underground car parking just metres from the hotel, very convenient for getting luggage in and out. Thin, glass, non-isolating bathroom door connecting to the room is a questionable idea of design. Even if not staying with non-family members, the air from wc travels into the room.

The location is perfect, at the main street in the city center. Easy access from the airport and fromthe train / bus station. Very good breakfast. Big bathroom. Free Internet access. Windows were locked, it was very warm in the room (in October), and therefore the air conditioner had to be switched on all the time.

Very convenient location, right on the main shopping street. Old quarter very close by. Room OK, nothing spectacular. A/C worked well. No street noise.Espresso machine definite plus. All in all, a good hotel to stay at if in Vilnius for either business or tourism for a couple of days. No parking at the hotel, and what with the difficulty in finding parking in central Vilnius this is a definite negative. As a smoker it would have been nice if they could have allocated an outside terrace or balcony where guests could smoke - instead the only thing you could do was head out into the street in the rain. Would also have appreciated a children's play area.

отличный, очень богатый завтрак. расположение очень удобно, 3 минуты до площади гедеминаса и пешеходных улиц. в отеле - ванна и душевая кабинка - на любой вкус. очень чисто, приветливый персонал, почти все говорят по-русски. не открываются окна в номере, что не очень удобно, если хочешь проветрить номер. для такого большого отеля маленький фитнесс и баня, которая к тому же плохо грелась.
