Location. Quiet and clean room. Friendliness and support of personnel. There is a feeling that the management really think about quality, well done! Kids corner might be more varied )

Staff member who check me in was very friendly and professional. Her English was also of a very hight standard. Was given a room with an excellent view, presumably because I have stayed many times. Breakfast wasn't great.

Great comfort in the city center with shops and restaurants around the corner, quiet rooms, well-thought desk for working in the room, excellent gym with a view, great breakfast. This is the definition of a bland chain hotel - everything must have been made in some gigantic hotel furniture factory. The TV broke down just as a major game was on, and they could not fix it right then.

Great customer service and attention to detail for a hotel in this category. They have an attitude that nothing is too much, like some grand five star hotels do. For those on foot I'd recommend somewhere on the southern edge of the old town rather than the north.

Staff very friendly and helpfull.Very well located on Gedimino avenue. Breakfast very good.Rooms and bathroom nice and fresh. As a minor disagreement I would mention that even when you switch off the airco, you hear a small buzz of the ventilation system at night. For most of the people this won't be a problem, if you have a sharp hearing (like me) earplugs will solve this.

In the part of the new city center , just 300 meters away from the begging of the old city . Beautiful hotel , great room with nice view , quiet and big room with nice bathroom and really really amazing breakfast !

The little breakfast starts at 4am, so when you're leaving early you are not a hungry. Regular breakfast is great. Coffee machine with capsules in the room. Underground parking closed to hotel. Very nice "shampoo and etc" samples. Views from the room.

The room was wide and clean, the bathroom as well. I enjoyed the breakfast that was excellent with a big range of international food. Finally the hotel is downtown and close to everything.

We liked service, staff and location. The breakfast was great. It caters global travelers. The hotel is location in the dead center of the city. Walking distance to old city and business district. All staff spoke good english. The restaurant was a little bit costly.

Staff very helpful and friendly, very good location for sightseeing. Rooms well located, very quiet at night which helped get a good nights sleep. All staff spoke english which was a big help. Bathroom not cleaned properly on the days I stayed there. Towels and toilet paper replaced but neither bath or sink were cleaned! Also I e- mailed hotel on how to get taxi from airport to hotel as this was our first trip to Vilnius and I never got a reply.
