Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
- Pick-up at Old Market Guesthouse. Upon your arrival at Pylimo 57, you will be taken to your apartment.
- Pick-up from the airport (extra charge). The driver will take you directly to your apartment.
Guests are required to pay in cash upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this has to be arranged in advance. There is a 5% charge for credit cards.
Please note that your credit card will only be charged in case of a late cancellation, a no-show or to cover damages to the apartment during your stay.

The gentliness of the lady managing the Old Markt Guesthouse. The fact that the Apartment was overbooked altough confirmed to us, was not so grave since we received a valuable alternative in the Old Market Guesthouse. Nice rooms Wifi did not work propoerly, but maybe it was mty computer which could not manage the password. |

(Apt. Pylimo 57) Spacious, newly refurbished, fully equipped apartment. Close to the Old Town. Apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor without an elevator. Not recommended for elder people. Only 2 chairs in the kitchen. |

( Apartment SKAPO 8 ) Good location in the Old Town. Good neighbours. ( Apartment SKAPO 8 ) Very moist apartment, washing machine and shower were leaking. Windows are very old. Tv signal very poor. |

Apartment is large and bright and in a great location for the Old Town and all its sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Based on the apartment description I had expected a separate bedroom, this was not the case as the bedroom/living room were in one (it's a very large room so this was not a problem for us). |

The apartment what we got was suitable for our family (2 adults + 4 kids). The apartment had enough space for whole family, even we had for the youngest kids own travel beds. We came by our own car, and there was a safe parking place. The traffic was sometimes quite terrible in Vilnius :-) Because the weather was exceptionally cold, also the apartment was quite chilly. |

Het appartement lag midden in de stad. Er was een eenvoudig keukentje, waar we zelf koffie en thee konden zetten. Het appartement was sober, maar zeer geschikt voor ons doel. De ontvangst was heel goed. Wij vonden de slaapbank niet geweldig slapen. |
