The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentyful and you could eat as much as you wanted. Also the room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were always provided. Great location to all ameneties. Cant think of any, it more than suited my needs for a city break. |

I really liked the comfortable beds and that the rooms were always cleaned and tidied up. The wireless internet connection in our room was really bad. |

Opposite the bus and train stations, less than 10 minutes to the old town, excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast,staff friendly and helpful. Good views over the city. |

Very convenient location near the railway and bus station and not far from the city center. Breakfast is excellent! The rooms are clean. Beautiful panoramic view of the city center. It was very cold in the rooms (our stay was in October). The rooms are rather small. The hotel is totally non-smoking!:(( Smoking is allowed only outside near the entrance. |

I liked almost everything, especially, the view through the window. The staff was friendly, they suggested us breakfast for leaving very early in the morning. What I didn't like was a cold room. |

Close to busstation. Good value for money. Good breakfast Wireless internet was ok in the lobby, but not in the room. So if you have to sit in your room and work a lot on your laptop... its bad. Better wireless internet is needed. |

several minutes to old town & 1mins walk to bus station, good if your next trip is riga. on the 5th has the paranomic view of old town. i must day this is one of the great value i stayed in. |

Extremely close to the train and bus stations (just across the road) and not too far from the Old Town. Hotel was refurbished and had very nice lobby and restaurant. Great views. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't that great at night, but it was okay. |

Staff friendly and efficient - also speak very good English. Excellent location - just across the road from the main station. Views of the old town from the 4th floor are amazing (that't why its called the Panorama!!) Not applicable - all was good... |

hotel clean and functional and nearby to gates of dawn and football ground otherwise not a lot to praise except for value for money Hotel bar closed at 10.30 pm, we had booked a cot for an infant but this was not in the room and we had to go back to reception to obtain one |

staff were friendly enough,breakfast was good, hot buffet and plenty of choice. there was no air conditioning in the room, making it impossible to sleep. if i had booked for another night, i would have moved hotels, because it was that bad. very noisy at night , but its the old addage, you get what you pay for, and 40 euros for a night incl bkfast for 2 people, you have to roll with it. |

Prostitutes sitting on hotel wall 24:7. Unpleasant staff who were very rude and unhelpful. Bar closed at 10pm with no facilities for refreshments afterwards. Constant traffic outside hotel room which did not have air conditioning. Bedroom was very cramped, with little storage space for clothes. We would never want to stay here again or wish to recommend it to anyone in the future. |
