Staff were very helpful The entire place reeks, I mean really smells a lot, of cigarette smoke. I am a non smoker and ended up sleeping with the windows open even though it was quite cold. If you don't smoke, don't stay there.

Good location, across the street from the train station and about 5 min walk to the old town. The airport is also about 5 min drive by car/ bus. Clean room. Decent breakfast included. Free WiFi. Easy and quick check in and check out. 24h McDonalds right in front of the door.+ Traffic noise is well heard if you have a room on the street side. Bad WiFi coverage, WiFi couldn't be received in the room on the third floor. Had to stand in the hallway for reception. 24h McDonalds right in front of the door.-

Location is definitely an advantage - close to tourist attractions, very close to railway station and faily close to airport. We got room with great view (top floor, facing city center) - definitely ask for it. Personnel was good, english speaking, breakfast was ok - I've seen better and worse. Room was small but enough, clean and in good condition. Second night we heard all-night noise from disco (not sure if it was in hotel or somewhere nearby) and had hardly any sleep. When asking reception for taxi to the airport we heard they have fixed price of 50 ltl. This is a lie! Train station is less than 100m away and we got taxi from there for 33 ltl in the middle of the night.

A clean & well maintained Hotel, most of the staff were friendly. Ideally located near the old town, 24hr bank for currency exchange, close to the rail & Bus stations.. Our receptionist on arrival was very abrupt and not customer service focused. Although I paid my bill on arrival I had to request the receipt on departure.

A perfect location beside main train and bus stations. The staff was very friendly, clean and silent room, picturesque view to the old town, cozy restaurant and tasty italian coffee at the bar. We were very glad to stay here.

Perfect location, frendly staff, delicious food I a restaurant. Beautiful view of the city. I came from the airport with a train for about 1 eur (one!) and hotel was just across the street. That was best value for money I've had in Lithuania..

it was not the first time I stayed in this hotel.I was glad to recognize that things are improving here :)Rooms are cleaner and warmer, staff is very friendly and helpful, good Wi-fi connection, excellent breakfast..in a word, next time I'm in Vilnius I will definitely stay in Panorama hotel...
