Hotel Porto  

It was my second stay in Porto during last month. Everything is super, as usual.

Was very tired after long trip and ask staff for room service. Answer was - We do not have it. Why do not spend 1 minute, bring food to rooms upstairs, have money and tips? May be not bad idea have teapots in rooms.

это собственно не отель, а мотель. стоит на пересечении двух магистралей эдакое строение со своим тихим двориком, парковкой, детской площадкой. в основном сюда приезжают местные из соседних местечек поиграть в боулинг, но и такой, как я случайный путник может найти здесь кров и еду. кормили вкусно. две молоденькие симпатичные девушки на ресепшен - (он же кафе- бар) были очень любезны, мило краснели, смущались и выказывали литовское радушие и гостеприимство. номер довольно большой. чистый. удобный. интернет в номере через провод работал устойчиво и позволил мне все, что было необходимо.

самая большая неприятность - проблема с водой. система как-то не отлажена. очень слабое давление, вода достаточно теплая (на грани), но не более. котел, бойлер или что-там у них явно не справляется с задачей. я душ принял. но вот, если бы я был с женой - для нее этой струйки было бы явно недостаточно. Не работал заявленный телевизор (не было сигнала), но мне лично он нафиг не был нужен.

L'hotel è ubicato in un piacevole paesaggio di campagna. Le stanza sono confortevoli ed il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. Buona anche la cucina. Consigliato!

Tres bon accueil de la directrice de l hotel egalement "'chef de cuisine'' qui fait des crepes au fromage et coulis de fraises excellentes au petit dejeuner (copieux). Il y a tout pret un arret de bus pour aller a Platelai (parc national) ce qui est pratique (se renseigner pour les horaires).

Pour les sans-voiture, cet hotel est situe en dehors de la petite ville de Plungē et il faut aller en taxi a l'hotel (10 litas) ou alors prendre une navette (environ 6 aller-retours dans la journee) a la gare des bus de Plunge jusquā cet hotel (dernier arret) pour 1.30 litas. Hotel assez bruyant car situe en bordure de route et a cote d'une station-service. Il possede un bowling au rez-de-chaussee mais ferme a 23 heures.

I have stayed there before. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is of a high standard - and the breakfasts are very good. One complaint - a complaint that we had with our first visit last year. The front desk reception is both unqualified and unhelpful. Basic English or German is missing! Not literary language skills. Basic!! Restaurant staff were excellent and went out of their way to give what I wanted. But slovenly work at the front desk is a problem.

Das Frühstück war klasse. Neben normalem Brötchen und Aufschnitt kann man zwischen Pancakes und Omletts wählen. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Bad war auch sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Hotel (Plunge) liegt mitten in Litauen. Von dort aus kann man das Meer oder Siauliai sehr gut erreichen. Sehr gutes Hotel.

Die Nähe zum Naturpark und das hervorragende Essen haben den Aufenthalt zusammen mit dem sehr netten Personal zu einem echten Highlight gemacht.
